This has been my worst experience ever . In 53 years never seen anything more complicated and the return was even worst. They were charging me like 1k plus and when call customer is like they ver upset at you . Never ever will get a truck . I would be more than happy to give a more detailed descriptions

Never again will I rent from a non-physical location. It took me 45 minutes to find where they parked the truck I rented - It was BEHIND a supermarket in a parking lot I never knew even existed. It might have been more beneficial to provide the GPS coordinates, instead of a street address again to a location that had a parking lot BEHIND the supermarket. Then having to input all my information AGAIN into the APP when I had already input most of that information when I made the reservation. I can see how U-Haul is saving money by making ME do all the work instead of hiring people to do it. Taking pictures of the truck before and after rental to confirm no damage. Pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge at return --- ALL THE THINGS THAT PEOPLE AT THE UHAUL PHYSICAL LOCATIONS DO FOR YOU. I will never rent again from anyplace other than a physical location - at least I will know WHERE the truck is located. I spend 30-45 minutes of my rental time going through all the steps on the app- taking away precious time that I could have been Moving. Really disappointed. I wonder if Penske makes their customers do all the work - I'll certainly look into it the next time I have to rent a truck!
Jeffery FRequiring an app, and the app itself, is too involved. Need to find a simpler way for people to pickup/dropoff your trucks if a human being isn’t around to help.

Annabel MNobody at the location is capable of helping you and the app doesn't work well when picking up a truck. GPS kept saying that I wasn't at the location. Wasted 40 minutes trying to get the truck. Never again!
