I rent a car to 9 am until 5 pm and they give me it at 12.30 am (because “sistem issues”). I returned 5.15pm and they charge and extra fee

To start, even after reserving the truck online, they gave me the older model truck when i reserved the newer version which is what is online. Not only that after getting the new model, in the estimate the insurance was another $11.00 dollars, the price went up. No problem because insurance is good to have. I was not happy. When I came to return the rental there was another problem. The calculations were incorrect and an error was made by the part of u-haul and i was being charged close to $500.00 for a rental of 3 days insurance of $44.00 dollars & the mileage that was used was under the estimate 100 mi that originally was prorated... Not only was I annoyed but frustrated because no their spoke English... only Spanish speaking and I had to help her with questions that were in English. Finally the problem was resolved by the site manager over the phone. I"m completely upset & disgusted at this place. I"m never going there ever again. I would also like to add the location 6800 SW 24th street, Miami, Florida 33155 is not equip to handle or large enough place to serve as rental truck place for uhaul.

Gas wasn't full and I was charged an extra $5 for not turning in the van with completely full gas.

Everyone here was polite and professional. One thing I have to mention is there is not one employee here who speaks fluent English. It can be a little frustrating communicating BUT I will say that this location was very patient and helpful. Everything else was great, but hiring an English speaker for your non-Spanish speaking customers would help this location.

Manager assured us that turning the van in the next morning would still cost one day’s price. We actually returned the van that night but they didn’t see it until 8:16am and we were charged for 2 days. Unacceptable. We will be discouraging our friends from using Uhaul

My recommendation to improve for the next customers is related to the Staff lady that process the rental order at The Las Brisas Car Wash ,no to the Administrator that was a very right person. The Staff lady needs to be properly trained with the best customer services technic in order to improve the best relations with the customer and looks for the satisfaction for the services that ensure the return and future recommendation to other customers . In my case when she complete my rental registration and I provided all my personal information ,she wasn't able to provide me a copy or print out of the transaction and after I call to inquiry a explanation about a double charge to my reservation , was very rude and threat me stating that all my conversation with the Administrator was recorded.

Your website allowed me to book this location with a hand truck. However, when they called me to pick up the truck they had switched the location on me to NW7th St then 106 SW 24th St. This was an unpleasant experience. It took numerous calls to get things straightened out and they still are not. I had ordered a hand truck and I was advised that they could not rent it to me as I was going one-way. They still charged it to my contract. It took two hours for them to complete the rental process. The paperwork I received said the truck had approx. 32,888 miles. When I returned it, it showed about 58,000 miles.

I did the reservation under my name and my mother was registered as the driver. I wish the website would have told me ahead of time that this is not possible. I wasn’t able to do the online check-in and the name on the reservation had to be changed.

We were sent to the wrong UHaul location which was all the way across town almost 25 minutes. They called and told us we had to go to another location. Then before we dropped off our U-Haul we put gas in the U-Haul and we were charged for not filling the tank to where the line was which was not true. I spent more money on gas running around to pick up the U-Haul then they charged me for the extra. Worst experience ever by U-Haul and I’ve used them many times. Didn’t feel we should have had to pay anything extra after that experience.

I was overcharged, the car smelled like cigarette with empty water bottle in car. That staff does not speak English. I called to resolved the over change and they hung up on me three times. I would like a refund
