The truck had 115k+ miles, wasn't cleaned, and charged incorrectly for the gas. I had to call uhaul to request credit for the gas since the dealer told me they could give credits. Was on hold over 45 mins to talk to an agent, and another 10 mins to talk to customer service. I recommend everyone to take pics before and after after renting vehicles.JOSE S.

They called me the day before for confirmation and switched the location. When we ended up showing up to the new location the next day, they said our truck was not there and tried to send us somewhere else.Jose G.
My concerns are much less with the location and much more with Uhaul the company. I made a reservation at a different location and confirmed with the scheduler when to pick up the truck and that it would be there. When I arrived there was nobody from Uhaul there and I called the scheduler who told me that location was closed (even though I had scheduled to come for that specific time). They sent me to another location which was 4 miles out of my way from my house and which also had nobody from Uhaul there to give me the keys. I had to wait around for over an hour before getting my truck. When I tried to call Uhaul, I was put on hold for almost an hour.MORGAN G.
We rented a U-haul from this location and were charged $40 insurance after opting out of it with the online reservation. The information was not disclosed upon payment. When we tried to seek a refund, U-haul stated that the field manager of this particular location imposes the CDW charges as mandatory. This was my first negative experience with U-Haul. I made the reservations by phone through the 1-800 number. My pickup location changed and neither locations would move the trailer. Furthermore, I had to drive to the second location to do the pickup and the staff was 30 min late. It was not my fault that U-Haul reserved a trailer that was not on location. U-Haul should have moved the trailer to honor the reservation.Mark T.
