jean S.The reservation system really screwed up my plans. I made a reservation for pickup and drop-off in Miami. I received a confirmation of the dates and location in Miami. When I got there, they told me my reservation was for a pickup and drop-off in Denver! I had to go to another location in Miami just to get a van. I have no idea why my reservation was changed from a confirmed Miami pickup to a Denver pickup. Luckily, I found another option in Miami.
