Samantha A.The employees at this location are super nice my issue was that the truck they gave me was broken, dirty, and full of roaches. It broke down 3x. and they were closed and I didn't know who to call to assist me. However, on several occasions, I was helped by ppl in the street and they followed me to drop off the car. I called customer service the following morning and complained and the customer service rep advised they would contact the facility where I rented the truck and advise of the issues and that I would be fully compensated. Now I see an email that I have been sent to collections for an exuberant amount which I will not pay. I struggled with the truck and couldn't accomplish anything.

Maikel M.the offered truck was disrespectful. I went to the marked uhaul store and they said they didn't have the equipment and told me to go to another address. So I called the company and they told me to pick up a truck from a construction materials warehouse. the truck had broken glass and was covered in cement. Absurd. A total lack of respect!
