The location was easy to find and accessible; the area around it, not so nice. The van itself was very dirty and smelly, despite being new and driving nicely. The people I dealt with were helpful and this is overall a great service if they could take care of the things listed above.

Very nice costumer service
julian S.The truck was not ready when arrived.. all the reservation with the app didn't care. And the woman asked me again for absolutely everything, and in the last step in which a code is send with a link to scan the driver license well doesn't work very well with android phones. The truck has one tire with low air, the alarm and system were indicating it. The breaks felt like not working very well like the brake fluid was humid or with bubbles. Only came with a quarter of gas and after leaving it I returned also with that amount but anyway was charged like had less. (should take a photo) Never ever ever will use again uhaul!!
