The cashier she don't give good service we went to park the truck and his car was park in the space the truck have to suppose to park and she said it's not going to move his car we have to go and find and another area a park she very rude I don't recomend the place

They need to answer the phone and they need to attend to the customer instead of having the customer wait wait wait and have the person in the cashier who works at the gas station how to stop what they're doing and keep calling them to come to the front which it takes almost forever

Do not change a customers reservation and add stuff on without discussing with the customer first. Thats stealing from a customer.

You can’t check in online so the process is slow. When you get there there is a line. It took me 45 minutes just to get into a truck. The charge per mile is ridiculous. I won’t ever do this again unless it’s an emergency.

Hi the owner charger me two fees that i didn't agree to and he promised to repay me for those fees once i returned the truck.the truck was returned that same day with gas and i didnt receive my money back and whenever i call to speak to him or anyone they are not there.he charged me for insurance when i said no i don't need it and he also charged me a rental charge which was not on your website when i requested the vehicle..he said he would return the money and has not.i don't have alot of money and i just moved and i cant afford those additional fees plus he said he would pay me back please help.im on the phone with customer service for 6 mins and haven't been able to speak to anyone about this issue.

Service great. Great van, BUT they OVERCHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY. Please help me out on this. I took it out 8/24 at 10am and returned it at 4pm SAME DAY. Please follow up for me. I marked "poor" only because I believed that this would get your attention, though service was actually EXCELLENT - really nice people. Best regards Stephen Wheelock

I declined the insurance in my initial reservation and when I tried the express checkin (which didn’t work the system kept crashing 5 times). I had to wait in line. I reserved 2 furniture Dolly’s and they had none. They gave me a appliance dolly which was no help as I was moving a sectional sofa. I should not be charged for the insurance which I declined and the equipment which was not available and substituted for something that wasn’t helpful.

Van interior was very dirty with a white dust I had to sweep it cause I had to put a mattress in there I didn't want it gets dirty.

The van I rented was dirty in the back it was full of pieces of wood it looked like. I was moving my furniture (mattresses) and I had to lay something down before my mattress. Never received a truck in that condition before

Customer Service especially a little more care for the person who is renting. Also a very clear expectation of the pricing and the deposit, etcetera. This is the third time at this location and the attitude from the same person is horrible. Someone should do a secret shopper with him and get a real feel for how people are being treated.

I specifically made sure that I did not select the extra insurance at the time on my online reservation. The extra insurance did not show up on my final online reservation. When I tried to cancel the extra insurance at the time of pick up I was told I needed proof of car insurance, which I did not have with me at the time. So I had to pay for the extra insurance.

I was charged CDW @ $11/day without asking and without be asked. I am told it will be refunded. Let’s hope so.

The truck I reserved was over an hour late, and the person who works at this location didn't call me ahead of time to let me know the truck was running late so I could've planned my day accordingly...

The server Rolando was super helpful as we rented online and when we got there Sunday the service was actually only for Mon-Sat. We didn't have a car assigned and he was super nice to help us on his day off. We called Fernando, the number given on Uhaul app, but he never answer nor called back. The van was not cleaned but there were few blankets in it that we ended up using. So things kind of balance. However, on my way to return it, the sign to not throw the key on the lockbox was INSIDE the lid. I could only read it after I dropped the key. Obviously, after locking all the doors of the van. And your app/return system does not accepts pictures previously taken, as I have taken pictures and videos of the van as a proof all was returned fined. I had to send the picture to my wife's iphone (she was home) and ask her to come meet me, as the app tracks your location, so I would take a picture from her phone. Also, the van was given to me dirty. The proof is the blankets inside the van that we left there. I pointed that the van was dirty on the return and Uhaul tried to charge me for cleaning something I received dirty?!?!? What's up with that??? Anyways, we were super disappointed in the end. But the location is convenient, the server was nice and we had previous good experiences with Uhaul. So we may try it again. But if all is as messy as this time, we will definitely drop being Uhaul's clients.

They over charged me!!!! I returned the Van on Saturday and they said that it was returned on Monday. I only used 10 miles and the charged me for 27 miles!!!!

Everything was great except for two things (1 major): I reserved a heavy-duty dolly and it was NOT available. That was a huge let down since I had a lot of furniture and heavy boxes to move. Additionally, I reserved 20 blankets and only 6 were available. That’s very bad coordination between the reservation department and locations. However, to make up for the missing items the very nice attending gentleman gave me a small rectangular dolly free of charge and charged me for a smaller truck instead of the 15 footer. So overall it ended up working out in the end.

I was charged wrongfully. I dropped off the van at 11:45pm and was charged for a full day because they didn't register the van back until after 1pm. I will be speaking with you customer service rep soon.
