Over charged my card was only supposed to charger 97.20 my card is still showing a charge of 172 from uhaul originally set up the wrong trailer and manager was very rude about there mistake

I reserved my trailer rental over the internet. When I picked up my rental it took over an hour. They said that my truck would not pull the trailer (98 chevy 1/2 ton). This was a small gas station and the communication skills were not there. I was told that my reservation was lost. They did not have an appliance dolly that I reserved. The first receipt had them charging me for that even though they did not have it. Then they had to get uhaul on the phone and did my reservation again. This was not convenient.
Could have the dolly in the truck and tow dolly hooked up to save time for faster check outs
I was surprised and disappointed that I had to get the equipment (trailer) lifted up and installed myself and at 68 years old that isn't easy to go anymore. This place offered no help. The young man who signed me in and out was pleasant but they need someone to help with the equipment.
Not the U-Haul service I remember. Small gas station right off the expressway with only one employee there behind the counter. She spoke broken English and when I told her I had never hooked up a U-Haul she threw up her hands, then pointed to where I was standing and I finally understood her to say that maybe the next customer when they came in the store could help me. I left and found a NAPA auto parts where the nice gentleman told me I would probably need an adapter for the plug-in, which I did. He then came out to my jeep and talked me through what I would do for the hook up. I went back to the U-Haul place, managed to hook it up, and after spending about 15 minutes inside while she tried to conjure up my receipt from her cell phone, she left her position at the register to come outside and take a photo of my hook up and then said thank you and I was on my way. My elementary school grandchildren could operate a U-Haul pick up location. They are very good with cell phones.
The only reason I didn't say excellent is because they only have vehicles but no supplies. Very nice people.
The personnel here never seem to know how to receive or deliver vehicles. Every time I've been here, they've needed to to seek rental procedures over the phone. Had me take photos of mileage and fuel rather than check personally. Though not charged, indicated a lower than actual fuel level on return contract. Take it or leave it.
I would not recommend using this store for your business
Was told if brought it back early(2 days) we could get some money back. When we dropped it off, was told no to money back. If you cant get money back, then you shouldn't say that.
I couldn't understand what they were even saying to me .and they did not inspect the rental at return
This survey should address the service provided by UHaul and not be limited to the pickup and return locations. UHaul's performance was rather poor. The reservation software used does not seem to work and it took for ever for the customer and the folks at the pickup and delivery places to perform all of the necessary tasks (ex.: filling out the same forms several times over, slow processing or nothing at all, etc.). If the folks at the pickup and delivery places hadn't been so patient and professional we would've given up! They deserve extra pay for putting up with this system! Looking at this form it appears that UHaul is quicker to evaluate its partners than itself!
Jeannette at Neils was a dream to work with compared to the folks at Cedar Center In Metter (where I originally reserved the trailer). Cedar Center left early for the day ( even when I called and said when I would be there). Would give them less than 1 star.
They wasn't able to take credit card had to summit cash . hmm
Trucks, trailers and dollies need to be organized and parked to improve accessibility and ease pick up and drop off.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were tired from a long day. She processed our return very quickly.
I called customer service multiple times for various reasons. I had hold times of over 5 minutes, experienced representatives who could not help me, was transferred multiple times to reps that weren't in my area. The rental was fine but your over the phone customer service was about a 3/10.

Booked for the 27th, was informed on the 24th when I called to ensure my reservation that I would not be able to pick up my uhaul. Had to rent one from metter and drive to guyton and come back to metter. This cost me 40 extra dollars in gas. Then I had to change my days off to accommodate the move which ended up being a loss of pay to the tune of 275 dollars! Uhaul was dirty, dolly and hand trucks were already broke loose. Breaks felt stiff, like something was wrong. Not at all happy with this experience and will most likely become an advocate for using any other truck rental agency.
The location is good ad the staff excellent. As with my attempting to reserve the Car Dolly you online operations failed to allow her to complete the rental and graciously allowed me to use the equipment since yo had my info in the system.
Consider returned renters and give a percentage off especially when it is an emergency.
