“Dan” explained that U-Haul has so many trucks at his location and he didn’t have room for my return truck. However, after hearing my “nightmare” story he made room for my truck and let me leave it there. Thank goidness for Dan.

Pioneer Storage was excellent in helping me with my drop off. She smoothed things over with the unhappy customer who’s space the car trailer was parked in. She closed out my u-haul job. I left there feeling a bit better.

The guy was an a@@hole and was lucky he didn’t get punched and in the face!! He was the rudest person I have ever met. He shouldn’t be in the customer service arena! He is bad for your image! I will be sure to let all of my fellow veterans know to use your competitor.

The biggest problem is that I reserved a truck in Henderson NV. The They call the day before and told me they did not have a truck. I had to pick up a truck 120 miles from where I needed it. It was a pain in the backside!!!!!!!

Upon returning trailer, facility was closed. I called the owner/operator who was extremely negative, but did come over and accepted the trailer. The owner/operator stated several times that he told me that he would be closed. He did not. Had he provided that information, I would have determined what steps I needed to do for the return. Contract also states that the return was to be by 3 pm. I returned it at 1:47 p.m. No document that I was provided stated the facility would be closed on a Saturday afternoon. The facility also reeked of cigarette smoke. I would have gone elsewhere had I known about the owner/operator and the poor facility.

When I arrived the owner of this business was resting on a couch. He did not get up, he simply said “can I help you”. I told him I needed to check-in a truck and trailer. THEN he got up off the couch. When he went outside he didn’t say anything to my husband he just stood there !! Not sure what he was waiting for. We finally got it all taken care of but it was like pulling teeth. I used the other location last time and it was clean and they were professional. This place was a little closer so I thought I’d try it. I will never use this place again.

The 26ft truck I rented was in terrible shape it should be in the junkyard, no power steering, leans to the right defective springs ,new steer tires not balanced shaking real bad,drivers door rattles so bad I thought it was not latched,had to stop to make sure the door was closed please repair or retire this truck,rear tires less than 3/32 rubber someone should have this inspected by the DOT
