Chains were too long for the trailer. Agent tried twisting them to make them shorter. Still too long (dragging). Used duct tape to hold chains off pavement. Price seemed to vary depending on a whim of the website! Very limited selection of rental equipment. Only three trailers and no trucks.

The good - Pleasant service personnel, good communication prior to the pick-up, clean inside the truck, extra time renting the U-Haul was granted with no problem. The bad - The vehicle was poorly maintained, engine was sluggish and sputtering, extremely poor gas mileage (5 mpg).
