This truck was the worst we've ever leased from U-HAUL. It was dirty ( EVEN WINDSHIELD HAD TO BE CLEANED TO SEE TO DRIVE) THE OUTSIDE OF TRUCK WAS DENTED, SCRAPED, TAGGED. The truck did not run smoothly & gas usage was high. This was not the high quality that we generally experience with U-Haul.MARK M.

Truck was in poor condition. I was given no paperwork when i picked up the truck. Could improve by making sure truck had been inspected & cleaned; paperwork should ALWAYS be available with keys to the truckMARK M.
For contract number 92172640. When we went to pick up the uhaul truck (we were picking up from a random spot, not a uhaul location) I had no way to get into it. I was never emailed a lock code. I had figured I would be emailed one 24 hours before or I would see it on my account when I logged in on the website or something like that. Being super busy moving, I hadn't thought to check until we got there but I had no email and nothing on my account. I called the customer service line and they told me that I needed to go into the convenience mart (where we were picking it up) to ask for a key. I went in and asked and the worker told me that they don't have the keys, Uhaul should have given me a code. I had to call uhaul back again and this time the person directed me to login to my uhaul account and click on â€œready to pick upâ€. I told her that was nowhere on my screen and then she said that someone had forgotten to switch my reservation to active so I had to wait on hold with her for a while as she did that. Once I was finally able to get into the truck, there was no furniture dolly or appliance dolly inside. As I said, we weren't at an actual uhaul location so I couldn't just go in and ask for them. I need to be refunded for those two things as we paid for them and were not provided with them. I had the reservation time for 7 and what was promised at the time of booking to be â€œeasyâ€ took us until almost 7:45 and we didn't even get everything we paid for. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.Emily C.
