I will not uses u haul ever again.
Dropped after hours.
Truck was not clean at all. Windshield was difficult to see out of because of bugs all over it. Inside of storage was was not swept out.
Keep up the positive customer relations??

Need to expand driveway for easier access
Don't market having the newest fleet around and then stick me in a 20 year old truck with over 100k miles with a loose steering column and shoddy brakes. this was after moving my location to pick up the vehicle. The location even had a new one same size and everything. I asked to rent that me instead and they said no it's taken. Funny considering it was still sitting there when I came back. Really not the best u haul experience
This was my first time renting a U-Haul. Staff made everything very simple. They gave a detailed run through of the process. Pick up and drop off. Answered any and all questions and concerns. This was a great experience. I'm hoping a customer service liaison or manager can see these types of comments because I was honestly a nervous wreck. It was a big move haha. Thank you all so much.
The Rental center personnel was fine. Very polite and friendly. However there was one 15 foot truck. Dinged and scraped really bad. The truck's passenger side mirror had been replaced with the wrong type of mirror. Very cloudy to judge traffic. Mirrors were hard to move because of rust. The passenger side door had a bad deal. Wind came through it. Very bad on gas. Uhaul should be ashamed to let this truck on the road.
Super quick to get me checked out, very friendly. Would definitely use this location again and recommend.
We had to back to get the doly that we paid extra for. It was not in the truck originally. Also no one told us there is no ramp for the size truck we had?? Renting a uhaul, adding a doly not sure why uhaul doesn't have a ramp? We had to lift the furniture into the truck by hand. Was very difficult.
Charged for an extra day when I delivered it back on Friday at about 2. O'clock. Joe wildman
Only issue I had was in return. I washed the dolly before return because it was so dirty from the trip. I was told I could return the dolly to my neighborhood dealer, but upon return I had to drive almost 20 miles away. Just what I wanted to do after 15 hrs on the road. Pretty much ruined an otherwise good experience. Not even an offer of a small refund...I see how "valued" I am at Uhaul.Clean and inviting? I'm not ordering dinner or getting a room...I'm renting equipment.
I did not receive the dolly I requested, I would just ask that they make sure the needs of customers are met. I had to keep the truck longer due to no dolly.
If they can't reach the damage on the truck they don't mark it. You can be liable for it when return it. It had a marker light out on the right upper corner and the license plate light out. I got pulled over for that but the cop was really nice and I didn't get a ticket. The truck would shake as it reached 70mph. It sucked.

Great no problems
The location was fine and the truck was clean. However, the transmission on the truck felt like it was going out. Also, I had problems with renting the uhaul from beginning to end. I chose to use the online check out and drop off. This was a HUGE MISTAKE!! When I first arrived I couldn't get the app to load my location, luckily the store was open and I was able to check in with assistance. When I returned the truck the store was closed, but I was assured the online version would work for me to do the return. This was NOT the case. It took me 3 hours to attempt to return the truck the right way. 2 of those hours spent on the phone waiting to talk to customer service and some of that time speaking to someone through online chat. It could not recognize my location and I changed all the settings in my phone to do so. After an hour on hold I spoke to customer support and they helped me download the app where it then recognized my location. We hung up and I went to finish with the odometer and gas readings. Everytime I put in the odometer reading it said that I was entering less miles in then when i took the truck. I took several pictures and it would not accept or let me continue. I sat on hold Again for another hour, still not getting through to anyone I used the online chat. The customer service representative was unable to help me. He kept telling me to round up numbers and it still did not work. He then told me I'd have to leave the truck without finishing the process, but that I would be charged a fee for doing it that way. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me to call support. At that point I was still on hold with customer support and still on hold. After 3 hours, I threw my hands in the air and just left the truck. It should NEVER be so hard or take so long to return a truck. Then to be told that I will have a fee over something on uhaul's end is absolutely not okay. The headlights on my own vehicle were out and I accounted for enough time to make it home before dark. However, with this issue I ended up driving home in the dark and got nowhere. The reason this is a problem is because I would not have stayed if I wasn't going to be wrongly charged a fee. Moving is expensive and I was trying to avoid unessessary charges. I strongly suggest this gets fixed!!
This convinced me that this is the way to go. I will use the folks at Mesa Rentals this was a far superior experience than using your corporate locations
Have boxes available at this location to save extra trips to other stores for the customer.
The truck worked well except for lack of AC. It only worked about 5 minutes. But the rental guys were great to work with.
