I was first advised to pick up the truck at Nice Ride LLC. When I arrived there nobody was there and I had to spend > 15 minutes on the phone to locate another truck. Fortunately the Merrill site had a truck, but I wasted most of my morning and drove 34 miles out of my way to a site where nobody was even present.

The uhual was so gross inside it had dog poop all over in it and all over the ramp was not happy to have to clean it I was also upset I had to go 35 minutes on way to get the uhual.

The woman that ran the location was very helpful! She even went so far as to put salt down by my wheels because I was stuck in the snow trying to get into her parking lot, She also had a friend there that helped me park the trainer in the correct location on her lot!

I called the day before to confirm a pick up time between 10:00 and 10:30. When I got there the person who takes care of the U-Haul rentals was not there. She apparently had to run some errands. I waited for at least 45 minutes for her to return. When she returned she put her groceries away before taking care of me. She was very nice but offered no apology what so ever. I feel I should have received a discount or refund for my inconvenience. I was on a tight time constraint, and almost missed my obligation. I feel this is an unacceptable way to run a business and would have appreciated her at least acknowledging the inconvenience this caused. In the future I will definitely not use this location due to my experience and the limited hours.

Nice people but took over 30 min to get the truck and leave. No info from the uhaul site was there so overall very dissatisfied with uhaul in general.

I made a reservation to pick up the trailer at 0800 Thursday in Marathon City. Wednesday at about 1630 I received a text stating the unit would be available for pick up in Merrill. The person in Merrill called shortly after to confirm the pickup, but the stated that she doesn't open until 1000. I can understand having to go to a different location due to resource availability but I should not have had to re-arrange my schedule to get what I needed. Also, when I picked up the trailer I found the right tail light was not working. The person in Merrill did not have the means to fix it so I had to driver to the U-Haul center in Schofield to have it fixed.

I called the national hotline to reserve a dolly about 3-4 hours away to pick up a car, when I arrived at the location they had a sign saying closed mondays I tried calling multiple times on my way up and even called national hotline to let them know there was no answer and I was worried that I would be late and asked if I could just pick it up when I got there even if know one was there I was told I needed to sign a contract, when I got there I called the national hotline again and they transferred me to booking and they just told me to give them a number off the trailer and if I was comfortable hooking it up myself I said yes so I did, I have had problems with other uhaul locations before and they give me a partial discount not this time, so I drive the dolly with car about 3 hours back get home around 9pm in the morning I wake up and go to the drop off location in my town I get there and guess what another sign saying opening late 10:30 am and once again I have to leave town, and another phone call to the national hotline still no contract signed and they tell me to just drop it so I did, once again no partial refund twice on one trip this happens I have had scheduling conflicts with them before and they always made it right not anymore.

Reserving a truck was difficult because of the date of the move being held last weekend of the month. I used the website 3 times to secure a truck, checking nearby locations...finally I was able to reserve a truck in the town of the move. The truck was ready on time, the u-haul rep was friendly, and he knew his stuff. The hours of availability was outstanding due to the location of the pick up &drop off. I'm glad I persisted in getting a u-haul, it worked out great.

there is no one there, you just leave your key and paperwork in the provided boxes, so I did, we had it back hours early so was glad.

The location of pick up changed to another city 20 miles away. I was never called my Uhaul to inform me. I should have been contacted. DAT Bar provided great service. Uhaul did not.
