The quoted price of rental is different on my receipt he quote 29.95 per day your are charging me 34.95 It’s not the money I am upset with it’s the principal. Pick up was at 8am, the guy working showed up late. While checking over the truck, the guy randomly seemed irritated (we have no clue why) and literally PEELED OUT in the U-haul while foot truck within the storage facility gates to make a u-turn, smoke came up from the back tires and everything. It was scary and weird. Then we get the truck and try to adjust the driver's side mirror, but it wouldn't stay in the proper position and kept falling forward or backwards; not safe. We took the truck anyways because the salesman seemed flustered and we were on a time crunch. We were charged $12 for a dolly that had a giant $10 label on it. The truck alignment was completely off and it made for a very uncomfortable journey. At one point when we opened up the back-end to unload, the door shot up and got stuck because the latch that is used to lock it somehow got stuck. It was a very odd and unpleasant experience overall, especially the salesman peeling-out in the truck behind the gate. I don't know if there is any video surveillance, but I highly suggest the manager (or higher up) review the footage. It was reckless and scared us.

This was the 4th location I went to pick up my trailer. The 1st location had a 4x8 enclosed trailer but it was only 4ft high (opening). Was sent to Murrieta by your reservation group & they did not have an enclosed trailer for me. I was sent to a 3rd location in Menifee & they didn’t have one either. Was sent to the 4th location in Menifee & they HAD a trailer but it needed a tire change & chain replacement. THANK YOU DEION the area manager for showing up & taking charge. He resolved the issues & got me on my way. That guy Deion was our Angel

Give folks cash back if they give you a cash deposit. We shouldn't have to wait till it gets on a card. You didn't have to wait. Cause My deposit still hasn't reached my account and the bank still hasn't recieved It. So this is a terrible way to give folks back they deposit. It needs to be changed.

Guy working the desk helped me out 30 minutes after he was to be closed. We were in need of a trailer and he was awesome. I only wished i remembered his name. I can't thank him enough, if Uhaul had more employees like this man it could only make your company much better.

Even though I set up cell phone pick up at 7:00 a.m. today, I called Friday and the operator said that I need to come n at 8:00 a.m. during their normal business hours. The given reason: if they leave a truck out front then gas is siphoned out of the tank to the point it will not even start. Okayyyyyyyy....So, when I arrive at 8:00 a.m. the very helpful clerk - evidently from another U-Haul location - says the truck is out back and she went to get it. When she wheeled it around front she jumped out and said that she was from "another" location and apologized for the truck not being cleaned and debris strewn around the cargo area. The seal on the blankets was broken too. Anyways, I was in a hurry and just swept it out at home before I began loading. I've rented from this location perhaps four times over the last several years. What is the point of registering and reserving equipment online if the location is incapable of supporting U-Haul's online services?? And yes; I know this is primarily a self-storage facility with a U-Haul franchise...They're just not set up to deliver the whole package when it comes to online advertised services. Just sayin'.....

The customer service was excellent! Staff was very friendly and when I missed my reservation date they went out of their way to reserve a truck for me the next day. The only complaint I have is the truck smelled like a combination of cigarette and animal. However, the customer service really made up for that! Thank you!

Uhaul provider lied in system about calling me, speaking to me on the phone, and texting me to tell me my reservation location changed. I never received information about the different location. When I arrived at the original pick up spot was when I found out the reservation was changed. I had to call a cab and spend the extra money to get a ride to the different pickup location. I called uhaul about my experience and someone put in the system that I was contacted even though I wasn't. I was not given any sort of discount or refund for the inconvenience. I will not be using uhaul again for moving.

We declined damage waiver. We had already gone over the contract with the facility and the truck price was wrong. When they printed a new contract they added the damage waiver back in. We didn't see it until the next day when they charged our card. They refused to take the insurance off. I will be calling to file a complaint.

have the trailer at the location it was reserved at and at the time agreed upon. The trailer was late and not checked out by the agent. I had to go out of city to pick it up and was never notified of the change. WORST experience ever

I placed a reservation online, the night before the reservation I got a phone message telling me the location was NOT where I had put the reservation in for. I noticed the message at 857 a.m. the day I was meeting the moving crew at the StaxUp on Holland Rd Menifee. Had to book over to the other location - who did not answer their phone. Accidently pulled into the StaxUp on McCall In Sun CIty - which was right next door to the storage facility you had moved my reservation to. This Stax up had the truck I needed, so we just got it there. I would give UHaul a F grade on the reservation and change of location process. Overall grade a C minus taking into account the debacle of the location - which cost me an extra $75 due to movers extra hour driving around kingdom come to find the truck. WHen we got the truck it was fine. I would not book a truck on line with UHaul again.
