Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was supposed to pick my truck up in Horn lake but they didn't stage it so I was sent to Shelby dr. Upon arriving there I had to wait hour and a half to even get helped. I was offered to compensation. I've used uhaul several times but after this will seriously consider a different company.

I have two major issues: 1. Be sure to MAKE EVERY CUSTOMER WEAR A MASK AND STAY SIX FEET APART. We are in a pandemic. I was very uncomfortable with that. 2. During inclement weather, please make sure the equipment is not frozen. If it is, please have the proper equipment to help the customers unthaw the priduct. Each customer, including me, had to unthaw their own equipment the best way we could. The company did not have any equipment to help in the process. It took at least an hour or more to get the ice unthawed. Most importantly, please add defroster to the rear view windows. That is dangerous. We could not get the ice off the rear view windows. Overall, the process was OK. The agents did the best they could without the proper equipment provided by the company. The agents were very pleasant and helpful.
The make staff was horrible. My truck want ready on time neither times. The one of the male workers have the uhaul to his girlfriend.
Made my reservation at 10:21 am, I get to the store there was no reservation available for me. The associate name Deborah was trying to be as helpful as she could but all of the information from the spelling of my name, my address and email address was all entered incorrectly from whoever took the original reservation. I was late return back to work and was also overcharged. I am looking for a call from the store manager at the return of the next business day. I would not recommend or desire to ever use uhaul services nowhere in the future. Overall experince was terrible!

I was extremely upset. I reserved a truck online and ordered a utility dolly, a furniture dolly, and an appliance dolly. None of the dollies were on my truck. I called the store and got the call center. Ms. Patty instructed me to go back to the store to get the dollies. I get to the store only to find that there weren't any dollies available. I had to burn up my milage to find a dolly. Then I was supposed to be given a refund for the dollies only to have my refund pay for the extra milage that I used to find a DOLLY!!!ðŸ¤¬ðŸ¤¬ðŸ¤¬ WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
The first vehicle I was given had odd noise coming from the transmission as I drove away. I went around the block and returned it because I did not feel safe in the vehicle since I would be traveling a long distance. They gave me a second vehicle and the check engine light was on. I was assured that it was not an issue and they were waiting for a part for a bad sensor. Since I did not have a choice I did use the truck but was praying the entire way that nothing would go wrong. Upon returning, it took nearly 45 minutes to get checked in.
The truck was easy to work with...The young man was very friendly and told me up front the rules and went over everything with me. I was 30 min late getting the truck and he told me as long as I get it back before they close and it was on a full tank I'll only be charge for 1 day. So please don't be 1 min late or you will be charge for another day he said. I was on time because as a lady make sure you got help getting your stuff in and out upfront.
Everything was great and anyone renting would be okay to drive a uhaul.
Severely damaged passenger sid mirror makes it very very difficult for safe look out. Needs repair immediately. D.O.T regulations violation for certain
The gentlemen at the Shelby Dr location were very helpful and professional. They offered everything I would need for my move! Kudos to you guys! Great job!
Get new management at the Shelby Drive location the manager was young and rude.
Truck wasn't maintained. The check engine light stayed on. The clerk said it was because of a sensor. The engine was very loud, but it ran very good.
The clerk not only assist us inside but assisted us applying the hitch to our truck. Good job with a great attitude!ðŸ˜ƒ

Terrible Customer Service With The Lady Demanding That I Bring The Truck Back. When I Rented The Truck, He Informed Me That If I Needed The Truck For Additional Days, Just Call In Extend It. The manager was unfriendly with very poor customer service. I had to walk to the back and find my own truck. When I arrived, I explained that I had a reservation but she said she didn't see it and didn't have the truck I requested available. I went outside and checked my email for reservation number. I returned with the information and she finally gave me a truck. The truck did not run well(sounded like transmission). I paid for the truck but simply returned it the next day. I highly recommend customer service training and truck inspection
