I was supposed to pick up my truck at 6am and the app wasn't working. I am a full time teacher and had to come during my lunch, and service took forever and I was super late to return to school. As I get in the truck to drop it off so my family could load it i notice it is entirely empty tank, when they told me it was supposed to be 1/4 full. I took a picture and rushed to work. When i returned it they charged me $60 because it left it like it was given to me, EMPTY. I have a photo as proof with location and time and here I am with no one answering my calls? As if it were my fault the dealer can lie and say it is any amount of gas so that I end up paying it at $10 a gallon. Ridiculous

Mario T.The truck was already dirty when got it. Was still charged for cleaning. Would like a refund of $25 for cleaning. I even wrote it up at pickup that it was dirty. If someone says it dirty at pick up they should not be charged after use unless it worst then when picked of course. Needs a better explanation how when picking up that you have wait for uhaul to conformation that took 20 mins. Took a total of 45 mins to check in and get moving. Wasted time that I could have been moving.
