I was not explained the charges fully, I was told the 112 was not charged, it was being held until returned. The drop off location was great but I still felt I was overcharged.

This experience was horrible. It was so unorganized. When I arrived they told me to just take the truck. I only needed to go 4 miles. I returned within an hour. They did not know the cost and I was ultimately charged 3 times. I called Customer service who advised they didn't see but 1 transaction however I have 3 charges and 2 contracts emailed to me. I am waiting for a business day to see if the extra charges fall off, but I will be calling back as this is unacceptable.

I would recommend that the attendant speaks English, and is able to give directions to the location. Did not feel the attendant was helpful in placing the trailer in the parking area.

Nasty gas station, was told to move 26 ft truck with trailer attached 3 different times, Male there did absolutely nothing to help. Was told by him that they wanted to get rid of uhaul anyway. He was horrible, NO HELP WHAT SO EVER DO NOT USE.

The place was an absolute dive.... site was sketchy ... owner could barely speak English and had no knowledge of what he was renting to us .... we filled out all paperwork and paid online to speed up process and this guy still held us there for an hour and gave us duplicate copies of unnecessary paperwork.... he was useless.... luckily an employee showed up who could understand that we needed the line to connect to hitch so lights would work on trailor .. however we found out later going down the road the lights did not work.... due to his faulty equipment... very dangerous..... would never go there again

Find a better location with more helpful people. This gas station had marijuana paraphernalia everywhere and I had to wait about 35 minutes, even though I was the 2nd person in line. I would fire this location. If I ran Uhaul.

I filled out all info on line and still had to fill out when I got to store. Also I reserved two furniture Dolly's that they knew nothing about and did not have when I got there. I reserved a 10' trailer and had to rent a 12'. Y'all need to get your online reservation to communicate better to the stores. What's the point if it doesn't work. This is not the first time this has happened. It happens everytime with y'all. I had to go to home Depot and buy 2 Dolly's.

I was ok with the experience. Truck was clean, air condition worked great and was in great condition, other than 1 important thing...the breaks were really bad. They squeaked when applied and it didnt want to stop. It may have just not been reported. I did tell the returning location and they said the would handle it. Also I reserved a hand truck and they didnt have it. They would have gotten me one from a different location if I have had to have it, but my time was of the essence. I had to get moving. I would try them when needed.

I wasn't going to be able to get their assistance with hooking the tow dolly to my vehicle to begin with until I went back inside the store and told them the tail light on left side had a frayed wire issue and the wiring was on the outside of the light unit. The gentlemen that went to look explained to me it was safe and there were no exposed wire danger.... He did at that time install the 2 wheel car tow dolly on my hitch for me. I am a female and really don't think I could have gotten the tow dolly up to my hitch.

First of all needed help to get off truck,(no tongue jack) got none, actually strained my back removing, the 6x12 is not light and very tongue heavy! Asked for receipt and told they had no way to issue, should have received one from Bass Auto Repair. Very unprofessional and non customer friendly. I still do not have a receipt and very much need one. If U Haul promotes this type of customer service I will NEVER use again and will encourage others not too as well.

Inspect equipment prior to rental and know policies. No dolly was available, and the guys checking me in told me to look inside the one other truck. When I said there wasn't one, he told me that he guessed the last person never brought it back. He also charged me minimum miles, which the second clerk advised was not the cased and adjusted my bill when I returned the equipment. Just a bit frustrating.

The Truck was nasty and stinky when picked up. When ask about the confirmation on trailer, they had no clue. Had to go to another location to pick up Trailer.

The clerk was clueless!!! It took a full hour for me. I should have left when the guy before me said it was over forty minutes for him. He barely spoke English but that wasn't the problem. He just didn't know what he was doing.

1. Internet connectivity was so poor at this location that it took me more than 1 hr to get my truck (clerk was unable to get a connection). 2. Ensure you outlets are familiar with the equipment differences. Had it not been for divine intervention, the truck dolly I was giving could have caused a serious accident as it was not right for my car's wheel base. The area rep just so happened to be onsite and got this corrected. I feel like he saved my life.
