The online app is super slow, it took over 30 minutes to go thru the process. The other problem was we wanted a dolly but did not get one. Left a message in the store about not receiving the dolly and just wanted The $7 charge to be refunded or returned. Still waiting to hear from someone.
The truck was nasty on the inside and in the trailer too.
Did not receive all items that we ordered and paid for.
I inadvertently went to the wrong loaction to pick up my truck. The owner transferred my reservation and I was able to get a truck. Great customer service.
He wasn't helpful at all. He didn't show me the truck. The truck was filthy. I will never get a truck from this location again or tell my friends and family to go here
Stop allowing these ppl to rent trucks they are rude unprofessional and did I mention rude I will never rent here again

Manny, the person who runs this location was not there when I arrived at 09:00 to pick up the 26' truck. The lady who works at the convenient store said she had nothing to do with U-Haul and then gave me a key. I went out to the truck and it would not start, battery was dead. The lady called Manny and he went somewhere and picked up another truck. He arrived at his Chevron station at 10:30 with another truck. I walked up to him and ask is that my truck and he walked past me and said "in a minute" in a rude tone of voice. I waited outside for awhile and went in. There was confusion about how many blankets I had rented, it was supposed to be 12 for a charge of $10.00. He told me I rented 1 blanket for $1.00 and showed me on his computer screen. We got the blanket issue resolved. I was supposed to be notified via text and phone where to return the truck. I never was notified so on Saturday I called U-Haul to find out where to take the truck. I've got to check with my credit card company to see if I was billed correctly since Manny did 2 different contracts and I was told I would receive a $50.00 refund, WOW... I was also told the Regional Sales Manager would contact me regarding all of the issues I've had with U-Haul. Guess what, NO phone call. Thankfully I will never have to do any business with U-Haul again.
Get newer up to date vehicles overall love local rental versus company it less paperwork and less time consuming local rental in and out drop off love it and getting receipt thru emai the best. Thanks job well done
Clean the bathroom of location.
Provide a receipt for online orders. The store claimed my credit card was declined when ordered online and needed to provide it again. The person at the store called my credit card number out loud several times to someone she claimed was her boss.
I was simply handed a key to the truck. I reserved one appliance dolly and two furniture dollys. The latter was not available. I had to call and find another Uhaul facility on Avalon Prkwy (Ga) to rent them.after returning truck and ALL equipment. I turned in the keys and NO ONE asked me about the service, After I returned home I was charged $160 for a missing appliance dolly! After spending another 30 mins on the phone I left a complaint. The next day I rcv'd an email saying my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days.
Tell people prices and fees up front. I reserved a trick online and they told me the balance due when I got there bit once I hot there they charged me $215 never again
Twice I have rented trucks at this location and experienced grow average customer service
Cashier that helped me out read my card information out loud. The customers that were surrounded could hear her reading it off. Very unprofessional.
He was rude and I made me return back to the the store twice to get my rental. It was supposed to be at 5:35 and I didn't get out until 7 on then I was charged for two days when it's supposed to be one day
When I drop the truck off. I was told where to park the truck, bring in the packing blankets and turn in the key. Didn't get any confirmation I dropped the truck off.
The mileage they charged me was not correct and when I tried to reach out support I still haven't heard anything back from them
You need to let people know you charge 99 cents a mile If i knew i would have not rented the u haul. I went over my budget and plus you still have a hold on my account after i pay for the rental
The truck was dirty and smelled very bad The service was poor there was one person in the store it was a gas station and she had to work the store and the uhaul rental. No one checked the truck she said the gas on on a quarter but it was lower the light was on that it need air in the tire. On return it was the worst uhaul experience I have ever had. I will never uses this location again and never set foot in that store ever. Bad service totally.
I reserved truck a week in advance and U Haul sent me text confirming pick up location.They changed pick up location four times before I finally got a truck.I will never use U Haul again.Truck renters beware. E A Rogers

Great experience. Customer service throughout was professional and exceptional. The young lady at the Jonesboro location was feeling under the weather but did not let that affect her ability to do a great job. Will use U-Haul again if needed. Thanks!!
