Do not like the drop off procedures after hours, took 15 minutes to take all the pictures and it was dark so not sure how they came out. Also I remember when you rented a truck and was full of fuel , and you returned it full of fuel, this having to guess about how much fuel you used is not good in my opinion.

Send out more instructions on web page pick up and drop off. Phone barely lasted through all of the set up. Online operator was extremely helpful. She did a great job.
I waited for someone to show up and make sure I wasn't being perceived as stealing the trailer. The only person I ever saw at this place pulled up.to check the mail.a dm drove away. I'm surprised this place is still in business.
The vehicle was not clean. They did not have a dolly. There was no moving rags/furniture towels. The vehicle had a huge crack in the windshield. The vehicle is NOT what I originally wanted. Also was NOT THE ORIGINAL LOCATION I WANTED. The vehicle steer was hard hard to the right - SO I FOUGHT IT FOR 1007 miles. NO CRUISE - SMALL & NOT COMFORTABLE!!!
Not a thing had great service and provided great social distancing.
The truck was filthy! There was mud all over the floor of the cab both drivers side and passenger. The cab stunk like someone had been hauling a wet dog in it. The exterior of the truck had mud slung all over it and the back of the truck was also very dirty. It looked like someone had hauled mulch in it and did not clean it out. This is the 4th time I have rented a uhaul in the past 6 months and 3 of the 4 times there has been issues. I am very displeased with uhal!
Very helpful and knew the equipment well.
When I went to pick up my uhaul, the appliance dolly I requested wasn't in there. The location that I was changed to was not open that day. So I had to spend better part of my day searching for a dolly. Used my time that I could used to be packing the uhaul.
No help on the leaking of water in the truck.
