Location was closed on Saturday so we had to do an online pickup! First the GPS wouldn't recognize the location and had to call customer service to get that straightened out! Then the key lock did not want to open as the locks are not well maintained so they were stuck, and had to finally pry the lock to open!! It took over an hour to use their "convenient" online service!! I wanted to set it up at an open location, which U-Haul has one 3 blocks from this location, but I got an E-Mail that said they didn't have the right size truck so I had to use the closed location!!
RONALD BI had to connect the car trailer on my own, without any help or assistants, in a very limited space! Fuel tank was only at 1/4 , with display saying it had 113 miles to empty, was told to return it with the same amount! Auto transport trailer left side flip down fender damaged and in need of repair for safe use!

LES SThey were great. I had called a other U Haul and been told I couldn't just rent a dolly without renting a truck. I was told most U Haul locations have that rule. Then I went to this location and no problem, I was able to rent an appliance dolly and furniture pads and was able to move a large cabinet. I was very grateful for their help.
