Nice and helpful. Only issue was I was not allowed inside to do paperwork at pick up. I had to stand outside, in the rain while it was thundering passing info through the barred window.

I have rented from uhaul several times this has been the worst visit so far i could not understand anything the lady was saying due to her being so far away and only being able to talk threw a small hole she sent me to get the trailer and install myself i have never had to install it they always do but i had to due to her never coming out ( i was the only customer) so she wasnt busy she didnt check the lights correctly eather due to her not turning on my headlight to see if the daytime lights would work and when i turned it in well thats another story horrable service

Checked in at the office, they were expecting me. The lady was nice and I backed the trailer into a spot, I unhooked it and was gone in 10 mins. No problems
