Pickup had been arranged for Bellingham MA. was told night before I would have to pick up 50 miles from my home and vehicle would not be available until much later than my pickup time. Oil light came on shortly after picking up vehicle and I had to add oil at every fillup. Due to the extra time and mialage I was not in a position to wait for another vehicle which I had already been told by central dispatch, was not available.

Excellent customer service. Only recommendation I have is to have customer service rep double check with customer that they don’t want rope or other restraints. I forgot to select it on my online form, and didn’t realize I didn’t have them until I got home. Totally my own fault....which cost me a lot of extra time to pack-up, plus added stress. Thank you again for a great experience

Clean the cab area. It was gross. The storage area was very clean but the drivers area, console and dashboard was filthy. Wipe it down after every use and it won’t get like that.

You can have the truck that was reserved on-site and available at the reserved time. We had to leave your location and drive to Natick to get a truck and had to settle for a 15' instead of 20'.

The rental was affordable and the folks I worked with were terrific. Two things though. First, getting the truck was touch-and-go. It has not been returned when it was due and we weren't sure it would be available in the morning, which made us a bit nervous/crazy. I suggest you create a financial disincentive for late returns. Second, there was a noise in the undercarriage. I'm guessing a loose shield or something. Didn't impact drivability. Just thought you might want to know.

We'll see how this goes after my complaint about being charged a $25 cleaning fee. There was noting in that truck except the 6 blankets that I had purchased and nothing in the cab. That is ridiculous!
