At first I was concerned because there was only one person working but to my surprise she had no problem in hooking up my 6x12 trailer and even spotted me in the first time. She was even helpful in finding a close drop off dealer. VERY HELPFUL

First, you could stop overcharging customers for mileage that was not incurred during the rental. When we took possession of the truck, we estimated 30 miles of usage; we used 32 miles. The odometer was 54,694, not 54,649. We verified that verbally with each other before leaving the lot. We kept to our agreement. We believe the mileage was incorrectly recorded on the previous rental. Second, you could fire the manager at this location, Kelly Lemmon, for her hostile, rude and obnoxious treatment of customers. When we took possession of the truck, she had an abrasive demeanor and treated us like children. She acted like she was doing us a favor. When we discussed the mileage dispute, she became more hostile and said she was going to charge our credit card regardless--no room for discussion. This led to an argument and abrupt exit by us. Third, we filed a police report with the Perry Township Police (#2018-17491) regarding the incident. We will also be filing a dispute with the credit card company. Finally, map out the following: U-Haul location to storage facility, storage facility to home, home to U-Haul location. Exact addresses: 2914 Lincoln Way E, Massillon, OH to 7558 Navarre Road, Massillon, OH to 8635 Briggle Avenue, East Sparta, OH to 2914 Lincoln Way E, Massillon, OH. Let me know if that comes up to 77 miles, I guarantee it doesn't, but that's what you ripped me off for. Also, have a gas receipt for $7.50 to bring the gas tank to full level per the agreement. I would of had to spend twice the amount for 77 miles. Will never do business with U-Haul again. I don't need to be abused by some inconsiderate, insecure individual that treats customers like crap.

Very dissatisfied with U-Haul: - Started at the Website that shows 3 dealers in Wooster - According to the website one of the locations had the trailer I was looking for - I went to the location to confirm my vehicle was adequate to pull that size trailer - The car was considered ok and I was offered if I wanted to see the trailer (which I didn't due to limited time) - A little later I receive a text that I had to pick up the trailer at a location 45 minutes away, which meant 3 hours wasted in a very busy day - I understand the website call the selected location as "preferred", but I would think that since it showed availability, I visited the place and was informed they had it, paid for the rental, had confirmation still showing my location, only to be informed later that is was not available. Not acceptable.

The person that first waited on me was rude.There was no place to park my car, and I was not told that I would have to park across the street in another businesses parking lot until I had already paid for the truck.

I made the reservation by phone to the main office in Akron. They took my credit card info and made my reservation. I told them that I was having someone else pick the truck. They took the name and told me all was good. I asked what the person picking up the truck would need to pick up the truck and they told me his driver license was all he needed at rental time. I was about 40 miles from the U-haul location when the person picking up the truck called me stating they needed my credit card in order to rent the truck. I told him to let them know I gave my credit card to the main office in Akron and was told he only needed his driver license to pick up the truck. They insisted they had to have the card present. I called the Akron office but was rerouted to Phoenix Arizona Corporate office. I explained my problem and told them I was mislead by the Akron office. Corporate wasn't able to help and said they would email Akron office and have them immediately call me to see if we could get this resolved. I waited 1/2 hour with my pick up person stuck at the Uhaul with no response. I called Arizona back and asked why in 2018 they couldn't take a credit card by phone or on line but only in person. I thought those days ended in the 1980's or 90's. They said there was no way around it. I had to have someone else take a credit card to my original pick up person so he could get the truck. This delayed my rental by over 1-1/2 hours. Then he was told he couldn't leave his vehicle at the location while he took the truck so he had to make arrangements to drive back to his house and have someone pick him up and take him to the Uhaul. This caused another hour delay while 4 people I was paying to load and unload were just sitting around waiting. This could have all been avoided if they would have been clear at the time the truck was rented. This is unacceptable and I warn anyone from renting from Uhaul without getting everything in writing and going over the details with them two or three time. Better yet you might just want to use another means of moving. Their miscommunication cost me a couple hundred dollars. Thank you Uhaul.

Have equipment needed closer to where it was requested to be and explain up front where the equipment requested will likely to be picked up I wasn't told that I would have to drive a half hour to pick up the truck until the last moment. Kelli is rude.

You let me choose a location that has no two way rentals. So I got there only to find NO trailers. then I got text sending me to a town 35 minutes from my home, which I would never have chosen. Your website needs work to say the least. If I can avoid using UHaul, I will.
