Disgusting customer service from Danielle and Crystal. Uhaul made a major error that cost me an extra $50 and the area manager Danielle was HORRIBLE! Classless lowlife scum is more than she deserves. The truck was covered in animal hair and ashes and wreaked of animals and cigarette smoke. Wretched experience all around.

Friendly and helpful at Boulevard Grocery, I tried to switch drop off during my rental as things changed and didnt want to drive back empty trailer, but procedure was not readily available as its hard to get a rep on the phone. So brought it to my scheduled drop. Overall it was reasonable and would recommend.

Multiple problems with this rental. First, I specifically requested a ball hitch be available that fits the trailer. This information was not verified or communicated with the store. Luckily they had one to loan me, but that's not something they normally do, from what I understand. Second, the lady hooked up the trailer to my truck and said I was good to go. As I went over a bump, the trailer popped off the ball and smashed into my bumper, and left a gash in my bumper cover. I didn't even have anything in the trailer yet. She either didn't have the hand strength to turn the knob tight enough, or didn't know how it worked. I had to figure it out in the middle of the road. And I bought the extra insurance, and that's just useless. They don't cover any damage to the towing vehicle.

Only 2 issues, we got a smaller truck than we reserved, which caused a real hardship and had to drive to Marysville instead of the Lynnwood location to pick up and reserve the truck that our reservation was made for.

Let customers know that the 10 foot truck does not include a ramp. We were upset that we were not made aware of this when ordering online. We could not use the uhaul because of this and were out of our money.

they had a truck that was reserved and confirmed then told us they didn't have one only a van. after they were told that they would have to pay 50.00 for breach of reservation they admitted that they had a truck for us.. took up our time and was not professional. they wanted to give it to someone else. that was waiting

The van was in good condition but it smelled horrible, like something died in the vents. I declined insurance but the employee charged me for it anyway and told me I could not remove insurance, even though it was clearly listed as optional on my reservation.

I had to cancel my first reservation because the dates given were not what I asked for. Then when I went to pick up he truck the location had changed, and the truck size specified wasn't available so we had to get a smaller one. I was told a discount would be given on the mileage for the inconvenience and of course it was not. The van was too small for the job so it didn't even get done all the way. Very poor service on uhauls part , very poor.

I asked for no insurance, but was billed for insurance. I ended up not needing the truck ans when I returned the truck no one was avaialble to assist. I have been trying for a month to request a refund for being billed.

The 4 year old child you have coding/running your website is doing a pretty good job considering they're not mentally developed yet. Seriously though, every time I use your freaking website, I reserve a truck at the location I desire, i get the conformation screen with the correct location and truck, then inevitably the next day i get a message telling me to pick up the truck at some other location 15 miles away from where i wanted. That adds 30 miles to my trip that I get to pay for because your dumbass website blows nuts. Like seriously, go to a community college, find any coding student, offer them free books for next quarter if they can fix the reservation portal on your website, and that should fix your damn problem. JESUS. Also the location I rented from was run by a harem of drugged out women that couldn't be bothered to pause their conversation about John boy getting Becky Sue pregnant again. That doesn't really have anything to do with you guys, but I just feel like if your messed up ass website didn't send me to that location I wouldn't have had to explain to a woman, who can only be described as a short 40 year that has been ridden hard and put away wet, that there is a difference between a utility dolly and an appliance dolly, and that I reserved the appliance dolly because I was moving...wait for it...you guessed it, appliances.

Please update you computer reservation process, so that it can and will show accurate information when it comes to reserving vehicles. I reserved a truck online, I was supposed to pick it up in Arlington, online resources said that there was a truck available at this location, in Arlington. After reserving, I got an text message saying that I would need to drive 10+ miles out of my way to pick up and drop off. This is the second time this has happened to me. I'm not happy, nor should this company be pulling a scam like this so they can charge more for milage. And yes, that's what you did, you scammed me. FIX YOU RESERVATION PROCESS, SO IT WILL ALWAYS SHOW ALL RESERVATIONS. Oh, and they do not refund for millage, that's why you do this I'm sure, so you won't ever refund anyone's money.

I reserved a truck for one day, where I picked it up in the am and returned it before closing in the pm. When i picked the truck up I was informed I had to reserve it for two days - but that I could change it online after the day I returned it. I made a specific reservation and shouldn't have to do leg work to not be charged an extra day. I ended up coming down with the flu the next day, and not changing the reservation back to one day - so I got charged for two!! Definitely shady business practice.

We reserved a 26’ truck to move household items three weeks prior to the closing of our home sale. Three days before the truck pick-up date, we called to confirm our reservation for the truck as friends/family were taking time off their schedule to assist us and we wanted to make sure the move was going to proceed as planned. When called, U-Haul responded that the truck we reserved would be ready for pick-up on the agreed date. The next day, U-Haul called us to inform us that a 26’ truck would not be available at the agreed upon location. U-Haul said we would be able to pick-up a 26’ truck at another location (a two hour drive one way including a ferry ride at an additional cost of $87.00). We told U-Haul we did not have the available time to stop packing and go fetch a vehicle. U-Haul then offered a smaller truck at another location which was closer but we were concerned if it would be too small. U-Haul offered to rent us a 5’ x 8’ trailer for $1.00. Unfortunately, the trailer was too small and would not accommodate our move accordingly. We were very displeased with this turn of events but we had no options but to agree to take the smaller truck as we could not revise our moving plans and move date. Bottom line - we were unable to complete the move as planned/scheduled and incurred additional expense to complete the move on time. Word to the wise, when you have a “confirmed” reservation with U-Haul, it is a meaningless agreement.
