Have a listing of movers who are reliable and make the moving experience not as burdensome. I had no problems with Uhaul, just movers who give it a bad reputation when they cant be relied on.
The man that waited on me was very rude & totally unprofessional . He needs to find another job until he knows how to deal with people . This really makes the business look bad .

No one checked the back of the truck, dolly was left on the truck from a previous rental, and truck was not swept.
The cargo was dirty when we picked it up. We filled it up with gas to the exact place that we used. We had a very difficult time renting the truck. The man was renting it to someone else when we got there. He said our truck will be there later today. We had this reserved for a few days. The man couldn't understand, couldn't fill out the resignation, asked us for lots of phone numbers & it still didn't work. This man doesn't need to rent U-HAULâ€˜s. This took so long and I had to call the main number to get it all worked out. I thought I should have gotten a discount for all of the inconvenience! It was a nightmare! I will dispute the gas charge also because we filled it back to the same place, how it was when we picked it up. I had called and asked for the manager but the manager never called me back! So disappointed!!
Reserved a U-Haul at one place then they sent me to another. After I arrived there none was there to give me the U-Haul that I had reserved at that specific time. Then I had to go back to the place where I had reserved the U-Haul at first.
I had a horrible experience. I did everything online for a reservation at 12:30 when i arrived i was told by the clerk he didnt see a reservation for me he then called his manager who stated he saw it so the clerk could release the truck to me at 1pm i still didnt have a truck so i called cooperate who then contacted the clerk i received the truck at 1:30. I paid for 2 hours. The truck was dirty and it smelled like smoke
All about the truck was fine. The problem was that smokers were not keeping a six foot 'social distance' in back of me in line to check out which took too long. As a former smoker, I can't stand the way smokers stink. Then to come up right behind me like I wasn't even there.
I would love a refund for the poor service I received.
Thought it was messed up the UHAUL site let me reserve A 10' truck and there were only 15' there! so ended up costing me about$ 10 more than it should have! And that was after cancelling the insurance on it!

I was told the store opened at 6 am ....not the case. I was at the store ready to drop the dolly at 5:50 am. The store didn't open until a few minutes after 7
The attendant was very busy running convenience store single handed and repeatedly had problems with the Uhaul web page. Despite having verified the auto transport transport trailer as well the pickup and drop off locations with a Uhaul staff member over the phone when we arrived we were told we had a 26' box truck reserved and the drop off location had changed as well. The trailer pick up took over 1 hour. I has to put air in all 4 tires and 1 of them was completely flat, registering zero psi on my tire pressure gauge.
It took an hour to rent this truck. It seemed that the main office was not very helpful.
the woman working there couldn't get the rental to work on her computer, i was charged for a dolly and furniture cart which I never received, the the truck wreaked of cigarettes in the cab and there will ashes all over the cab and cup holders which we cleaned up so I wouldn't be charged, there was residue from spilled drinks on the console and floor, which we also cleaned up, the back was dirty and smelled heavily of moth balls.
Website was not working properly, so we had to call Uhaul Customer Service. On multiple calls, the call was dropped or we were on the line for extended periods of time of 15-30 minutes. Though I had Uhaul Customer Service on my phone line, Uhaul Customer Service would leave my phone line to call the Service Agent that was standing directly in front of me, rather than just speaking to both of us on the same line.
I tried the Mobil app. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I finally found a location that was open and used that one
This location was in a convenience store and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes while store customers were making purchases during check in and check out. Truck needs mechanical attention and was not clean
This location was able to handle the transaction smoothly. Other locations not so efficient.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRUCKS AWAY FROM THEM! THEY OVER CHARGE PEOPLE AND RENT THEM OUT TO FRIENDS TO COVER THE MILEAGE! THEY ARE RUINING THE U-HAUL NAME!!
Be honest with the customer when he or she comes in to rent a uhaul truck on how long they can rent a truck for before accepting a payment also doing the uhaul rental paper works .Also have a better knowledge about the uhaul rental system
