Open at correct time. I donâ€™t know about how they can improve the clay / grave lot where they keep the U-Hauls. Perhaps paving it would keep the clay off the tires and the vehicles from being hard to maneuver out of the lot when it rains - including personal ones.

When I first got there, didnâ€™t have my reservation. So I had to do another reservation. They charged my card $63.28 on the 31st. Then charged my card on the 4th for 63.28 twice and a charge of $28.88. Then had the nerve to say my total was 90 something dollars. When I only rented a 15 inch Uhaul truck and use 35 miles at 79 cent per mile and I only had the truck for a couple of hours. The guy thatâ€™s works there, said I had to call my bank. Why will I have to call my bank when, the store is responsible for the chargers that has been taking from my account. I wouldnâ€™t recommend this location to anyone.

There were no packing materials available to purchase at this location. If they had these materials, they could have promoted them in emails, texts that came after the reservation. My sister said a unaudited center that has packing materials was on the other side of town too far to go. Made do with grocery store boxes, which did not have lids. We could have done a better job packing in the truck with boxes with lids. We bought 5 large plastic boxes at Target.

the Location wasnâ€™t a problem, itâ€™s in a nice spot. Maybe adding concrete as oppose to a dirt parking area would be a good upgrade later down the road.

the receptionist was nice but the two other employees, very rude the female employ rolled her eyes when myself and another customer said we were there for U-Haul pick-up. The male employee stated "the U-Haul's can wait, I need those print outs".

After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous about this location. However, I made a mistake with my reservation, and the ladies at the counter did everything they could to get me taken care of. Overall, very pleasant experience!

Extending the usage of the vehicle. I called customer service due to rental location being closed on weekends to extend current reservation for two additional hours. The customer representative stated I needed to pay for a full additional day of rental. I feel there should be a little more flexibility with fees by the hour instead of an additional day. As I returned the vehicle 14 hours early. Therefore it is returned to inventory to rent to another customer and I am still being charged a full days rate. Thatâ€™s not taking care of the customer.

Original pick up location was closed and had to find an alternate the day of pick up. Having to find another location in the middle of a move day is completely unacceptable. Original location should have notified me of their closure. One of the WORST moving experiences with UHaul !

The pickup location that was on the reservation was closed on pickup day and had no trucks. Was on hold for 30 minutes trying to get through to customer care only to be told to call the reservation manager. Got routed to another pickup location. The truck was in poor condition and filled with ants. Probably worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. And did they offer anything for the inconvenience , of course not.

****BEWARE THIS OF THIS LOCATION******I went to pick of the vehicle and at first they came across as very nice. Well I rented the largest truck they had and was hesistant about shoosing this pick-up llocation because of the reviews but thought I would give it a try since it was close. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! The truck was old and in poor condition. I guess the fact they didn't walk us out to it go over it should have been a sign. Then they parks the vehicles in the poorly maintained field that is a long ways from where you have to drop the keys and to top everything off they tried to charge me $25 clean up fee because they claimed to have had to extensively clean the vehicle and would sent photos to show the mess. WHAT A JOKE. It was a receipt, and a tiny piece of rope. If they call that extensive and feel they need $25 to do that my goodness!!!! UHAul customer did reimburse it so Kudos to them for seeing the BS! I will never use this location AGAIN!!!

I reserved the truck for 7:30 AM. The automotive repair Georgialina does not open until 9AM on Saturdays. When I explained to both parties (Uhaul and Georgialina) I just got blame directed at each other for the inconvenience experienced by me. I guess you get what you pay for. Iâ€™ll be using someone who is more professional next time.

Parking lot is tiny. They want their trucks parked next door on a dirt lot but donâ€™t have any signs and itâ€™s very hard to turn around in that lot. Not helpful at all.

I will email my complaints, but the key was not in the box and no one was at the location to help me. We had to come back to the location to get a key after Uhaul got in touch with them, but it put us off several hours. Also, we were charged for a hand truck that was not in the truck as requested. In addition, my bill shows they added $14.03 for gas (I put gas in the tank and I thought it was full. I won't ask for a refund on this because I can't guarantee it was), and a cleaning fee of $25.00 was added. This has never happened to me before using Uhaul. I will never use this location again. One good note though, Uhaul did extend my rental one day since I was delayed in getting the truck.
