The U-Haul office computers are shut down at 5:00 pm on Sunday but I was able to return the rental truck at 5:15 pm because the storage facility stays open till 5:30 pm. I got an email receipt the following day.

To be fair, this was not my original pick up location. I reserved a truck from Fort Knox Storage at 3865 Railroad Ave, Pittsburg, CA 94565. When I got to Fort Knox, I found out that they did not have a truck for me, and on top of that the staff there had cancelled my reservation 30 minutes prior. Why would they do that? When I called U-Hual, they could not provide an explanation, but re-booked the truck in a different city for me to go pick up. This is unacceptable customer service from U-Haul!
