I had online reservation and I provided all required information. When I went to pick up the van they requested all yhe information again and looked like the person created new reservation. The van was dirty and the antenna was broken. The location is convenient but I am not sure if I will use it again. I have not received my receipt yet, it has been a day since I returned the uhaul.
Todor GWaiting to complete the sign in and out process was painful because the attendant had to tend to other customers in the convenience store. An owner or manager stood behind him, not helping just commanding the employee. It would have been curious and efficient to have helped myself or the customers buying snacks. No a comment about the store itself but the U-Haul app is garbage. Kill whatever contract you have with you outsourced development team because you may have just burned all the money and got a teenager with a laptop to make the shitty excuse for a mobile app shoved into a web frame with shit integrations with identity provider platforms. Seriously I just won’t use the app next time.

lisa lI rented the truck and picked it up at 11 am. Return the truck at 6:30 pm the same day. When I received the bill the invoice stated I returned the truck at 2:30 am the following day. I was charged to two full days in addition to all of the extra charges we duplicated. Also, I was charged for an appliance dolly that they didn’t have for me. I called the store after I received the invoice. They said the manager would return my call. This hasn’t happened. I will never use your business again.
