Sunday morning attendant not to friendly at location but you uhaul service was excellent
Stephen NI wanted to pick up at an actual UHaul site. Was told to pick it up at this location. Here are the many issues. 1. reservation was cancelled for some reason. 2. I had to scramble around to pick up the truck. 3. The equipment I wanted was not there so had to go to another location the next day. I should have been told that when they switched the locations on me. 4. I was given a $50 credit on the original reservation because I could not pick up at my requested location. Since that reservation was cancelled, I was not given the credit on the rebooking. I initiated a dispute and was denied. This is the worse rental experience I have ever had!!!
