Just wanted to say this, live and learn. Two out of four items had bad damage with how rough the trailer had towed. Tried everything to secure and nothing worked. Probably would not rent a cargo trailer again.

The truck was dirty in the cab and also the cargo area. It only had an eighth of a tank of gas in it When I picked it up so I had to put Fuel in it before I could do anything. THAT was very frustrating.
Mobile pick up is terrible! It took forever and I needed references and additional proof of identification that I wasn't told to bring beforehand.
Steve the attendant was excellent service
Pick up was awesome steve is great, whoever answered the phone when I needed to make a correction to my bill needs to be fired, hung up on me 4 times told me he is to busy to help fix their own mistake.
I was charged for a full extra day of service. I returned the truck hours before I was required to.
The people here were extremely helpful. The young man who waited on me went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Overall, experience was ok. I did pre-check in order to save time which was frustrating on your mobile website. Had to enter information 3 times. Then, when I went to pick up, the uhaul system was updating for 30 minutes, then would not work. It was not the fault of the workers. Their computer and DOS system is from the stone age. They had to enter my information again after I already did pre-check on the tablet because the computer at the desk needed a system restore. Waited almost an hour. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. I accept bugs and dirt on the outside, it is a moving vehicle. I get it, but the inside needed to be cleaner. Especially with our current radical covid situation. I guarantee it was not cleaned or sanitized. The older gentleman who helped us was very professional and apologetic. I would recommend simply because we need this facility in our neighborhood. It is a very convenient location.

Steve at ACE Chocolay couldn't have been a bigger help!!! He was awesome to deal with. He fixed an issue we had so I would highly recommend this location.
The appliance dolly I had requested was not provided. I really really needed that, if I had known ahead of time I would have rescheduled to a day where it could have been provided. I spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to trouble shoot a problem they had no way of realistically fixing.

Dolly was not in the truck that I rented.
None of the 3 power points worked for charging my phone or for my Magellan GPS. and the right front tire was wearing unevenly the outside 3 inches where 95 % bald the truck also pulls to the right. other than that it was fine.

It took an hour and 5 minutes to get the uhaul checked out. There was only one person in front of me when I got that and the guy working the desk told me it was a uhaul system problem and that he was about to walk out on uhaul. It literally took me longer to get the uhaul checked out then it did for me to load move and return the truck. The guy was present enough but it was a very frustrating experience.
The guy at the Ace Harvey Location did an excellent job assisting us. Would definitely recommend renting a uhaul at this location!! Great Job! Would like to mention his name but did not get it.
Should definitely have some winter tires. I got stuck 3 times in the 19 miles I went. We live in a bad climate for summer tires in the middle of winter.
The actual pickup of the trailer took an extremely long time with the clerk entering of information into the UHaul system. (45 minutes - 1 hour) I reserved the trailer online at a location close to our residence, and on the day before we were to pick it up we received a phone call from the location of where we were to pick it up which was 84 miles round trip further away from where we are located. With the extra miles we had to travel to pick up the trailer and with the amount of time it took to pick it up, we spent a good part of our day just getting this trailer back to our residence. Perhaps additional training would help the clerk. Also would recommend a better system to alert customers of pickup locations ahead of time.
