Convenience store. Took care of walk in clients in the middle of serving us. Asked about clearing and damage and said that sosmeone will come and get it and “let me know” meaning I am leaving the truck unattended and have no guarantee that damage after return did not occur. Very poorly coordinated between UHual and the drop off site (which was option given by UHual online as I had no other option to choose)

Picked up the van with a so called full tank. As soon as I drove 1.5 kms the gauge dropped significantly. I drove a total of 23 kms and had to fill up gas of $15. Which is not right. Whoever returned the van brfore me cheaped out and did not fill the tank and it ended up costing me. U-Haul needs to make this matter right but it's doubtful they will do anything. The van itself was dirty and had mud over the dash and floors.

Van is dusty and unclean interior. Also I fill up the gas to what it was when I took possession, and yet upon return I was told I did not fill it up. It's so ridiculous. Will not recommend this location to anyone,

The cargo area was filthy, the driver's area had old empty coffee cups and plastic water bottles on the floor. The cargo bay had soil, dirty, dry leaves, cigarette butts, and an earwig crawling around. It took me and my wife 2h to clean the truck up, so we could put our furniture into it. Then we were late to return the truck, called the location, were told we could return it before 7am without paying for an extra period, which I did, using the dropbox in front of VMart, as instructed. Somehow, my receipt read return at 7:17am (not true), and charges me for an extra day - that's not right. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone I know, extremely disappointed. I emailed the regional manager about it, and he replied to me, calling me a liar, that I didn't take 2h to clean up the truck. I have pictures of before and after, and calling a dissatisfied customer a liar, it's probably the worst way of handling a complaint. I hope someone can help me, credit the extra day charged incorrectly, and bring VMart and your manager up to your service standards - which I hope would beg for more than the awful service I've been getting so far.

The vehicle was dirty on the inside. One of the mirrors was broken. The check out process was too long - about 45 minutes, including telephone hold time as the site matron had to call U-haul for assistance.

Check the order more carefully. I reserved a dolly online to help us to move furniture but this was not provided. Thankfully we managed to work around it by carrying the furniture ourselves, though this was inconvenient.

Service the vehicle. Low air in right tire. No washer fluid. Clean the vehicle. Excessive garbage ( 1/2 drank coffees, and fast food wrappers )

Honestly, experinace was average. Location is okay. A little sketchy after dark. Truck was not clean, neither was the back. I don't mind the cardboard on the floor, but the garbage bag was off. Truck smelled bad too. And there was some coffee stained tissue in the cup holder.
