They switched trucks and gave me a smaller truck than what I reserved. Terrible business practice. The truck also has a broken (no functioning) mirror which rendered it unsafe. Now I need to move twice as the smaller truck did not fit everything.

I called the store in the morning to make sure that rental was ready and was told that there was no truck,. I called your customer service, waited 25 mins to get through and then had to wait another 25 mins for them to call the store to find out that the truck was actually there. I asked for some form of compensation but was told by your traffic department that they wouldn't do anything

Ordered online for not adding insurance coverage, but the lady added it and not explained to me and told me to sign it until l found out when l returned the van. Got to check the contract before signing it for the people renting the van next time

The Fenton Road location and its operator were excellent. However, the smartphone rental failed miserably. I arrived at the original location at 8 am on Sunday to rent the van I originally ordered. It did not contain the dolly that I asked for, and that Uhaul had previously confirmed that I had ordered. While trying to do the smartphone check in, it asked for a reference (this was something NOT explained on your instructional video). I provided my wife's contact number. They called her, but she was not expecting the call and she was not able to pick up the phone on time. I asked uhaul to call her again. They didn't do that, but just rejected my check in arbitrarily and without reason. I called the Arizona call centre, and they could not explain why my application was rejected. I had to wait until 9 am and call the Canadian location in order to make alternate plans. This disrupted my moving schedule, where I had friends waiting, and an elevator booked for the move. Uhaul's poor smartphone check-in put all of that into jeapordy. And the van they originally reserved for me was completely unlocked. Again, the Canadian call centre and the Fenton Location were professional, and were able to get me on their way. But I will avoid the smartphone check-in with Uhaul at all costs in the future.

I rent 3 equipments at my pickup location, but the drop off location guy keep telling me i have 5 pieces. Took too long to do the drop off. I had business afterward and got delayed. Very bad service. At the end, he told me I have to call uhual myself to explain. Bad

There is not essential equipment for payment. Operator is not familiar with the system, and customer service does not care about the calls.

The cargo van was not cleanto being with and it smelled. The person who received the van back from did nit know what he was doing and charged me for things I did not ask for such as CDW insurance and .59cents per kilometer instead of .49 cents. My Overall experience was very disappointing and I will never borrow from uhaul again.

The guy in the store was talking in the phone and doesnt seem interested in me when I walked in. When I finally go his attention, he did not drop the call and keeps talking over the phone. I told him I reserved a U-haul, he just throw the keys in the counter and asked me to go on the side counter. Then just asked me to here and there and gave the keys to me. (Hes still over the phone talking while assisting me) No respecr and unprofessional.

enterprise sold out their cube van, and this location is close to home. i did not expect much only wanted a vehicle. experience is as usual. vehicle looks good but sounds awful.

I believe a full tank of gas would be a better option for the client rather than a 1/4 tank. You may have your reasons. Filling up after the job is done is less stressful than having to worry about gas prior too.

I went to this location to rent cargo van or a truck or anything that's available, but the lady that works there doesn't even how to precess the renting information on the computer. Totally waste a whole morning there. I have to come back 4 hours later to have someone else that is able to process the rental form. Why is that woman working there not properly train to handle it.

I was told I would be billed at .49 cents a km. Was billed at .59 cents a km and the clerk said there was nothing he could do. The cargo van I rented was filthy. McDonald's bags and old water bottles in the driver's cabin. Cardboard boxes that looked like they had been stepped all over with paperwork littered across the floor. I was very disappointed in this service. On top of the mileage charge being incorrect. I was also charged more as a base rate than told at the time of my pickup. U-Haul should take note of how this place is representing their business. Very uninformed service. Frankly I'm pissed off enough to write this.
