I rent the car on Saturday 14pm and retun at 23pm.I only drive 82 km. WHEN I return the truck van, I add 16.98 L gas to the 7/8 level. Next week, they charge me 17 dollars more for fuel sales. I call them and they ask me Did you take picture before you return the car? I think U-hal should take the gas picture for every customer to avoid this situation.

The location charged me extra for 1km... it’s nkt about money but the reason for discrepancy provided to me was this is all automated, uhaul decides this. If we drive from back of the office to front and that adds 1km then customer has to pay. I was baffled by this response

Snowstorm made it difficult to get out of the uphill but i know it was extenuating circumstances. Nevertheless if the snow/slush in parking lot, especially the ramp out, was cleared out more it would have been easier to get out. Also get a new snowbrush for rental as the brush part kept falling off the handle. Overall happy with service though and desk people

The washer fluid was empty and frozen. Was unable to wash windshield while driving the entire time. On return, the van was refilled as per the contract guidelines: Fuel gauge indicated 15/16 full, therefore 6L was filled at the closest gas station. When returned, the fuel gauge was pointing exactly at "F" for full, but the attendent complained it was not "past full" and then marked the tank as 15/16 full. And is charging extra for it.

The staff at this location was very friendly but very disorganized. There were mistakes when we checked in which made the process take longer than it needed to. Same with check out - they needed to input my information over and over again before they got it right. They also didn't have the right equipment but I think that is a flaw with the U-Haul website - the website said they had the equipment I wanted available but then he called to tell me they didn't. Even though the website had a "reserve now to guarantee this equipment" logo. I'm not sure if this location is "below average" because this was my first time renting a U-Haul and from what I hear ... most U-Hauls are like this. So perhaps this service is average for a U-Haul location, which is unfortunate.

The staff accommodated an urgent request we had for a 15' van. From the time I called them, to pick up, was all done within an hour. Excellent, courteous service, and we so very much appreciated the rush assistance!

We put more than what as needed to replace gas used. However,we received a bill for $13 the next day. Takes picture or the gas tank when you fiest rent and the minute you drop of fat the location you drop off

This place seemed kind of "sketchy". It was clearly focused on serving the local Chinese ethnic community...not friendly or inviting to the rest of us. I knew this in advance but selected it for proximity to my pick-up/delivery location. Probably will not return. Ughh.

The office is a little shabby but the person I dealt with was excellent, pleasant and explained everything very well. Lot very small with no place to park but he accomodated me by providing a spot where I could park during the use of the truck. One more thing signage is poor and it is very hard to see when trying to find it.

I had an option to check out on line as I dropped off the truck after hours. Unfortunately I dropped the keys in the drop box before I tried to check out and the online check out asked for a picture of the mileage and gas gauge. In the note re on line check out it would be good to include a a statement to do it before you turn in the key.

When I had the reservation number from Selma the agent for the location on 1109 Toy rd Ajax, Ontario the office was closed and is was 2 pm on a Friday with the 10 truck we had ordered sitting out there on the lot. We tried to contact the owner with no answer. Selma promised me $50 credit returned to us for the owner not showing up and us having to find another location. When are we to receive this credit please? Cosbert.
