Make sure drink bottles are removed and chapstick was left from last person who used the truck. It also had a massive smell of Marijuana which possibly could have gotten us into trouble if we were stopped by police. App didn't work properly so had to go indoors. Samantha's demeanor could be more friendly.Jeremy W.
Employees were too busy eating to check the condition of the truck. Also, did not check the odometer or gas gauge. Told me to check it on my way out. Drove a total of 7 miles and put 0.9 gallons of gas in the truck while returning it. Your website says the truck get 10mpg so the amount I put in was enough to cover what I used. Was charged $15 to cover gas I did not use. This was a last minute move and I spent all but my last $35 and $15 of that was wasted on incompetence. I have used uhaul 4 times in the last 4 years for various reasons but I am seriously considering not using uhaul again.Steve P.

Had a reservation for 4 pm on Friday, had to reschedule for 9 am on tuesday because they had already closed and everyone was gone by 3:30 even though we reserved for 4. Also the windshield was filthy and the cab was not wiped out or swept.KENNETH S.

I had originally scheduled an early pickup at Advantage Motorsports at 909 N. Main Street, Marion, NC 28752. I was unable to get the website to work so I waited for the business to open at 9am. When the lady arrived she was very rude. Said she could not help me and had a family emergency and that I would have to go somewhere else. I stayed outside for awhile trying to find another dealer with the equipment I needed. She proceeded to open the business even though she said there was a family "emergency ". I believe she just did not want to deal with me since it was for a Uhaul rental. I finally went to Marion Tire on Railroad Ave in Marion. They were very pleasant and helpful.John P.
The woman name Sam who works there was absolutely outstanding. U-Haul's computer system for credit cards however sucks ass. I ran 10 to 15 you all trucks a year and I've never had this problem before I just ended up paying cash after wasting 45 minutes trying to get the credit card to go through because your system sucks. I guess if it happens one more time I'll be going to Penske in the futureGEORGE P.

Lady on the phone with customer service for U-haul was very very rude to us when called about an issue while returning our truckTanner D.
The u haul truck was dirty and mud in the floors and the windshield was very dirty.i had to take my own money and clean the truck out inside and out I spent $6.00 at the carwash to clean the truck up .then right before I returned the u haul I sprayed the truck off and wiped the inside of the truck down so the next person would get a clean truck. I have rented uhauls several times from this location and I always return the uhauls cleaner than when I rented the truck I spent around 15 dollars cleaning the truck.but I felt better about it nowGeorge B.
The tow tire straps on the driver side of the Dooley were short. If someone had a vehicle with oversized tires it would be able to to ratchet the tire down p . They are usable but in need or replacing soon.Michael W.
