Truck was dirty inside the cab and bed. Dirty napkins were in the seat. Soda spills around the cup holder and surrounding dash. The gear shift was difficult to move. Seemed wobbly when putting into gear. Truck needed some maintenance and cleaning.

Inside of truck has not been swept out.
Timothy HThis place was not good. I had rented a 10 foot U-Haul because I needed to move a piano, I didn’t know it didn’t have a ramp so that was my fault. They said they still had to charge me some but would give me a discount for the 15 foot truck tomorrow. They scheduled me to show up at 10:30 am. When I got there, the 15 foot truck was not there, so I had to wait over an hour. Which was whatever. The discount promised did not happen- and- when I left the women told me the gas was 3/4s full and to fill it back up to 3/4s. I took a picture to make sure I knew where to fill it. I did- what I thought. I pad over $25 for gas. I saw I was charged for gas. $20 and some change. I emailed but no response- again- no response. I called U-Haul company and they said they claimed the gas was at 7/8ths. I showed them the picture I took and it was difficult to decipher apparently. I WAS TOLD IT WAS 3/4th but had to pay extra because it apparently wasn’t and because it wasn’t full when I left which would’ve made more sense. So, I will not be coming back. The day before I had an appointment at 9 and had to wait til 9:15- no biggie but kind of an appointment is an appointment. A business is suppose to be reliable. I’m not spending money here ever again. Also- scammy.
