john G.I hope this does not effect the location, however our experience with the mobile check in or mobile app was basally horrible and we will not be using U-Haul again that is something this location can not help, However the extra dolly's inside the truck were useless and took up space, the truck was not as clean as we expected and the amount of blankets inside wadded up was annoying. we were expecting better and if needed for another truck in future we will be looking at another company besides U-Haul due to the combined experience with the app, customer service, and equipment.
