The floors in the front could have been a little cleaner, but all was great with the truck.
This location was not communicative either. When talking with them, they were short and didn't make me feel secure that everything was process correctly.

Uhaul service very disappointing. Over charged for equipment that I did not receive and was forced by the customer service to drive 30 miles outside of my original location and pick up a truck that I originally ordered after they tried to downsize me 2 truck sizes. Then I was told that I would be compensated for the miles that I had to drive out of my way and wasnâ€™t in the end. Service light came on during transit and had to call the roadside assistance and be delayed hours, they told me they would compensate by giving me 2 additional days to move and then charged me full rate. They informed me my rate would be lowered to $29.95 a day and they did not fulfill that either. Uhaul has such bad customer techs that offer no help when you need it in disputing the charges and the service is very disappointing for the trucks you use that I would never use uhaul again after this experience. Worst service ever!!!
Very cluttered lot, was difficult to hook up to trailor only bc other customers parked in front or close by it.
We dropped off the truck after hours so there was no interaction with anyone
I called on Friday due to conflicting evidence on U-Haulâ€˜s website. I was told by representative to make it a 24/7 reservation for pick up on Saturday. Upon arriving on Saturday the truck was blocked in by a tow truck and In a full parking lot. I was unable to complete the 24/7 check-in. There was a representative at the store even though it was closed. It took an additional 45 minutes to secure my reservation, resubmit credit card, re-sign all paperwork. Then throughout the rest of the reservation the 24/7 information linked up. It took approximately 15 minutes to check out.
Couldn't find anyone at the site, once we did he had to call someone else. The person he called said we were late, which we were not, and had to wait for someone to get there to handle the Uhaul stuff.

The address I was given to begin with was a closed down business it was really an inconvenience at 11 at night that have to call U-Haul to get another drop off location that was very disappointing

Everything went super smooth.
Didn't have the appliances dolly we needed a oh well sorry attitude. Was putting chewing tobacco in his mouth and spitting in a bottle while waiting on us. Had to drive 20 minutes each way to get a dolly. And was at the uhaul for 1 1/2 hours. Put us about 2 1/2 hours behind. The customer service was horrible. Also still waiting for final bill they had the milage off by 30,000 miles.

Scheduled for pick up at 9 AM.....no one around! Found a mechanic who found someone who had to call someone to tell him over the phone how to fill out info. Finally, mgr. shows up....has to redo everything. Left location 45 minutes later. BTW... this was not the location I onlined for. Received text it had changed....to call to confirm. No one ever answered the phone. Didn't know if I was going to the right place or not. I was irritated because I had a schedule to meet!
Windshield hand a huge crack in it. And windshield wipers didn't work very well, seemed old.
The guy that ran the business was not the owner. Every other word he said was f - - - he couldnâ€™t get the computer working. He had to call someone. My husband had reserved the trailer. It took half hr to get it. We had gotten there a little before 9 am. He was not going to help us until he made a call to a lazy employee to see if he was coming to work. When we finally got hooked up he acted put out that he had to help. He kept telling my husband to make sure the trailer is clean when it comes back. We brought it back at 10:30 noon deadline. The gate was locked. So my husband had to walk around the building and tell them the trailer was back. We had to unhook it ourselves and those trailers arenâ€™t light. Also it did have plenty of protective blankets. But they were in a big tangled bunch. I know the owners I hope their rude employee isnâ€™t a relative. We wonâ€™t go back.
Got to the shop to pick up a trailor at 9 am was told give use about 25 min then 1 hr later they said 5 min away so someone could check me out then at 1030 was told the guy to check me out was on his way in finally get tailor and the light cord was broke had to ask for it to be fixed them finally got to leave about 1115 used trailor about 2 hrs was back at shop to drop it off spent another 15 min letting them check me out $58 for a trailor that lights wasnt working on wow what a day would not recommend this place for rental will pick up mine in parkersburg or anywhere else next time
