We were t her for 50 minutes. We were not attended to promptly,waited while the men were on their cell phones and room many other calls and customers that entered after us. Then could not print the receipt. I ended up calling uhaul directly and asked for my receipt to be emailed.

Issues started with original booking. Original pickup spot did not notify me of NO TRUCK. I found out when called on way. Then got routed to another location. Google Maps took me down the street from actual location. Truck was not available on time.

I returned the truck after-hours and the on-line process for returning the truck was fine. I wish I received a phone call confirming everything was in order the next day from this location. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the experience Uhaul provided.

Do not use Canton Tire and Auto Repair as a U-Haul location. The staff was not professional, and did not know how to use a computer. They also did not check my ID. They did not have the equipment we ordered. Their shop is poorly maintained and messy. I ended up walking outside and calling U-Haul's 1-800 number. Traffic was able to check me out remotely. I went back inside and the local staff was still struggling to setup the contract. They were clicking every combination, and kept adding additional insurance. Please do not use them.

You should cancel U-Haul's contract/franchise with this place. They do not represent the U-Haul brand well and did not know how to rent a trailer. It took them an hour to figure out how to rent a trailer on the computer, and then did not know even how to hook up the trailer to my hitch.

Train the staff better. They did not help connect car dolly to the U-Haul truck, they stood and watched me do it. They did not inspect vehicle being towed to be sure I had the correct equipment, thus leading to a delay in my departure because a car carrier had to be delivered. The U-Haul truck smelled horrible like fried chicken fat. The Truck was not available at the time I requested even with the two week reservation. The person was not even at the location when I went to pick up the U-Haul. I Had to wait. Customer service department didn't understand my situation when I did call after realizing my car would not fit on the dolly. I was alone with my 8 animals in the Southern heat, and was requested on numerous occasions to leave my car stranded with my animals to go to the U-Haul location to fix the equipment issue. Was also asked to do this the next morning, after they being told I had no place to go. Very disappointed in the lack of notification of extension of drop off as well. Originally was to drop it off on the 2nd, so I busted my behind to get it unloaded in a day, only to find out when I returned it that it had been changed to the 3rd. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. EVER
