I ASKED FOR A 15 FOOT TRUCK .WHEN I PICKED THE TRUCK UP HE GAVE ME A 10 FOOT TRUCK.IT MADE MY MOVE COST MORE IN MILES CAUSE I HAD TO MAKE TWO TRIPS

Make sure these trucks are in proper working order. The engine light came on as soon as I left the property with it. Also the man told me that he noticed it had an ignition problem I would have to shake the gear shift. And yes it took forever to get it to unlock to start. Now the number one problem is don't tell me you are going to charge me 80 and when I get back its gone up to over 90 dollars and I left with no receipt they would email it. This is the only email I got.

I ordered an appliance hand truck, but it was not on the truck when I picked it up. Thankfully I was not charged for a hand truck. The clerk acted like my ability to adjust my move to make it work without the appliance dolly wasn't enough of an inconvenience for him to offer me some kind of concession. From his perspective, I wasn't out anything because I hadn't been charged. Please train your people to get an order right, and of it's not right, make it right. The bottom line is not my only consideration, and it should not be yours if you want to keep my business.
It's so humid that a good renovation would benefit this place such as climate controls and better ceiling and ventilation systems to prolong the life of people's belongings
The after hours parking lot was small & hard to get into with the large truck. If there had been another truck dropped off ahead of us it would have impossible.

Two concerns: I transferred the pickup location online and the purchased moving supplies bib not. I had to go to the original pickup location and the staff person would not let me have them. I finally had to go to the U-Haul Center to get them. Secondly, the drop of center indicated on the contract was no longer in operation. So, I went down the street to another vender, who did not have my order number in his computer. I then had to call and check out by telephone. All in all, it was not a bad experience other than time consuming.
Staff was patient, friendly, and helpful. I didn't have my rental contract with me and was returning the trailer to a different lot. The staff took the time to find my account on-line and attempt to call the original lot to ensure it wasn't reserved. When they were unable to make contact with the other location, the manager assured me that she would accept the trailer and make sure I didn't receive a penalty fee. The temperature was 98 degrees and they both had to walk the lot to locate the trailer's ID#. I felt very well taken care of, which was very much appreciated after an 18 hour drive. Thanks Marietta Uhaul....you rock!
Had to park the truck 200 yards from where I dropped off the keys. People were very helpful and found a wallet left in the truck.
