They were kinda rude, in a joking way which I normally get but I was moving because i lost my fiancÃ© and and couldn't afford to stay where I was so I had to break the lease, pay a huge penalty and I lost someone. So It wasn't the right time.Ryan P.
We had to drive over an hour to pick up our truck and the AT was at a different location. After loosing 4 hours in the process of finding the equipment, with movers waiting, we finally got everything home and loaded. 25miles from our starting destination, the Auto Transport brakes caught fire, and the tire exploded in my face. We then lost another 4 hours locating a replacement and getting the vehicle switched over. The whole ordeal was handled poorly. I was contacted by someone from Uhaul and was basically blown off. No discounted rate. No Guarantee. Just a â€œI'm sorry. I will never recommend or use Uhaul again.Andrew G.
I rented a trailer for 5 days, asked for 10 moving blankets. I was told because I was renting for 5 days I would need to pay an extra $45 for the blanket rental. Seriously??? Then I was told that if I didn't fold the blankets upon return I would be charged an extra $10. The counter person was rude on top of that. So no the experience was NOT enjoyable and I felt I was being taken advantage of by them and if this is really U-Hauls policies then by U-Haul as well.John S.

I was very happy that this location was very helpful in my time of stress. They waited for me past closing time and I wasn't able to rent that day, but went back the next day to rent and was remembered AND I had lost my driver's license in the parking lot and got it back the second day! This place that we rented from was absolutely rude horrible and overcharged us. We called the one 800 number and a gentleman named con KAHN helped us and he was absolutely fabulous took care of the refund as far as we know he said it would be there in a couple days. As far as where we rented the place from it was the absolute worst U-Haul experience we ever experienced. Thank you again Kahn-for all your help!!!You rockjeanine C.

The location changed without me being informed. The website let me book it to pick up before the place opened but that did not seem okay with the owners. He left me the wrong key. The online dispatch did not work and had to be redone several times.Emily K.
