Only reason didn't give 5/5 was because I ordered additional equipment online which was supposed to be in the truck but wasn't.

We waited over 30 minutes for uhaul to be available once we arrived at 10a. We returned vehicle early just to get an attitude and for her not to check in the uhaul when we dropped it off (due at 5, we dropped off at 430). She was irritated by us returning the uhaul early and seemed to not want to deal with us. We will not return.

ERICA P.This location was Ghetto!!! I paid for a dolly, when arriving at my storage unit there was no dolly, when I called to ask where it was. The Female business owner replied “it was by the front door†she walked me to the back to get the one of two trucks they had, so how would I had known to ask for the dolly? Truck wasn't available for pick up time requested until an hour past that time, she told me, “I'm not responsible for people returning late, but it's here now†the nerve & audacity!! Straight 🚮
