The mobile check in did not work. I had to rebook and then wait to get approved after I had already submitted my drivers license and other info. It took me 30 minutes to get the truck even though I did the online stuff ahead of time. Pretty bad. Not sure I will use Uhaul again.
The owner and his staff did not close out my truck for over a day and they kept giving me the run around I filed a complaint I finally got a rep from uhaul to call so I could get in touch with the owner where they denied even knowing who I was and even asked if I remembered where I felt the truck I finally physically went back up there with my husband the truck was still sitting in the same spot & the owner suddenly remembered everything and closed the truck out without me having anymore charges but they certainly gave me a headache so use them at your own risk.
For the rep to be on time and I ordered my vehicle for 2hrs by the time the paperwork was completed I only had an hour.
Service was horrible. I rented by mobile app. I go through the process and it's cancelled. The clerk in the store was of no help. I call U Haul. I was on hold for 20mins. Get a new contract. Clerk still could help me. I had to wait another 45mins for another clerk to get my contract. I wasted an little over an hour just trying to get a truck I had already reserved. It was very frustrating.
I would not use this location ever they should not be a vendor . It took them a hour to release my truck . Did not give me a receipt. Just plan unacceptable
I wish they would offer unlimited miles for short term rentals.
There was nowhere to park the truck, small location to drop big trucks. Other locations was closer for drop off.
Everything was fine. Went very smoothly.

Parking the truck was a little tight. I was worried when leaving, that I'd blocked parking spots next door. Parking lot was a little dark too since I was dropping off in the evening. Good overall though.
If someone needs to speak to the associate behind the counter, he is too busy with his customers to really focus on the U-Haul reservation. But it is understandable because there was a long line of customers waiting. The U-Haul truck was filthy with cat hairs and pet food all over it. There was even a pet food and water container left inside the van. The sales associate had to go out and clean the van.
Took a long time to pick up truck.
I went to a gas station to rent the truck. The owner of the store was the only one who could rent out the truck. I had to wait about 30 minutes for the owner to arrive to the location, and then more additional time to complete the sale. I had a difficult time submitting my license.
The day before uhaul pickup, I received an email and the location for pickup changed to 15 miles from where I live. Once I got there, the website wouldn't let me check in to receive my uhaul and had autocorrected it to pickup in person 2 hours later than I wanted. I made 100 percent sure to fill up the uhaul the se amount as received yet was charged $24 for it not being at the same mark even though I filled it up for $45 and double checked. I was also charged for driving 5 miles more than the anticipated distance... Will definitely look for a different moving option next time.
the cashier was totally untrained on how to rent a truck, she was rude about it also. I had to call the 8000 number and the customer service rep was AMAZING, she checked me in. When I returned the truck she didn't even know how to check it in. again I waited for someone to check it in and received an email. for the record both times there was someone else wanting to do the same thig as I did. and, I felt very uneasy as there was a man staring at me the whole time I was there as if I was causing a problem. WILL NOT RETURN HERE>>> EVER

Worst experience ever renting a uhaul. Maple1 Stop was unaware of rental upon arrival, asked for payment even though I had prepaid online. Told me I could return truck to any location. Returned truck on time and was told he couldn't accept return it had to go to Twinsburg location and that I had to call uhaul. Waited over 20 minutes for a rep. Attendant finally said he would call uhaul he spoke with someone and then told me he could accept the return. When he provided no paperwork he told me it would be an email. Whole thing didn't feel right so I called uhaul customer service to verify truck showed that it had been returned. They assured me it showed returned after having called maple 1 stop. Received an email shortly thereafter showing mileage and quarter tank level. Received second email with refund for mileage. Silly me, I assumed the whole fiasco was over. Yesterday I received an email stating the truck was never returned! Called the number provided and received little help from a VERY rude customer service rep. Said he could not do anything since Maple 1 stop was closed. Also told me this kind of thing happens all the time. Not very reassuring. Realizing that it was a wasted call, I called uhauls 1 800 number to talk to someone. This rep told me that it had to be closed by the Twinsburg location. So, I called Twinsburg first thing the next morning. Their rep informed me that it could not be closed by their location. Had to be closed where it was received. She called the field office to make sure the issue was being taken care of. I called customer service one more time to make sure and to get some answers as to how and why this happened. Was assured it was being taken care of. We have used uhaul for years. Moved kids to and from college multiple times and for transporting purchases to large for our own vehicles. Unfortunately, this experience has ne questioning whether or not we will ever use Uhaul again.

Get better management at location. Had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up to get the truck because the manager was late.
I messed up and forgot to check the mileage the one time that it was way off. 50 miles to be precise but the looked deeper into it and got it right

I made a reservation online and when I arrived they only had the truck and no other moving supplies. I asked them twice to remove the charges for the items they didn't supply but they didn't. I had to email customer service to get my money back.
