Have the computer system set up correctly and person properly trained. The u haul interface system had troubles with myself and the employees during reservation and drop off.

Reserved a truck with a dolly. Confirmed. When I picked up I was told dolly not there. I had to go get one. Why should that have been on me?

For starters you can provide a JACK if you're unwilling to keep the trailer elevated to hitch. Also the break lights didn't work and we almost got a citation. Terrible experience finding a jack to hitch the trailer to the truck, cost an awful lot of valuable moving time. Very unsatisfied and still haven't heard back regarding my refund request.

My original location was at Ace Hardware across the street from this location for a reason. My friend had to pick up at Oladipo & it took forever. My experience was similar. The man working was alone & trying to answer the phone as well as help guests coming in to the location. I waited for a very long time. Then the lights on the trailer wouldn't work. After a few troubleshooting options he determined that it was an issue with the wiring on my truck. I then had to go to 4 different auto repair places to find someone that could repair the wiring and fuses. And when I returned to the Oladipo location the man working was GONE!! I waited for about 30-45 mins before contacting someone at Ace Hardware (my original pickup location across the street) & someone there was able to come over & help me connect the trailer. They checked to make sure all the lights were working properly & I left with the trailer because luckily I had already paid & signed my contract. I continued to call The man working at Oladipo to let him know what I did with the trailer & the employee from Ace Hardware. He did not answer the phone or return to that location until about an hour after I left with the trailer. I explained that I was on a time crunch & that the man from Ace had hooked up & checked everything but that I could bring it back so that he could check it if need be. He said that wouldn't be necessary.

First of all, I wanted my "Gauranted" reservation @10am and it was changed the day before to place that didn't open until 1pm. Then the auto transport was broken, and I settled for a car dolly which was also broken! The area manager did assist by setting up a car dolly the next morning, but there was an issue with the lights! I wanted an auto transport from the start and ended up with a dolly which with all the issues put me roughly 8 hours behind! Although the area supervisor was extremely helpful, and I was compensated for the inconvenience, it all could have been avoided if the pick up place was better organized!

Employee was late opening store The first trailer that was issued was broken. The truck interior was filthy Didn't have a full tank of gas, but I was expected to fill up. Air conditioning was poor and didn't blow well. The cost for the truck was not worth it

This business should not continue to be a Uhaul vendor if Uhaul wants to keep business. Myself and two other customers all left unhappy, all within the span of 45 minutes. The employees are challenged and couldn't perform simple functions, and certainly don't inspect equipment when it is returned. The business building itself was also rundown and I wouldn't be surprised if it is eventually condemned.

I turned my equipment in at 9:30am on my return date--my return time anytime before 1:16pm on this date--so I returned it early... I dropped off in drop box as I was instructed by a worker at this location--I later received a charge and an email stating I turned the vehicle in at 2:16pm (late)... THIS IS BLATANTLY FALSE!!! And I am seeking a full refund of the $60.75 I was incorrectly charged... I dropped off at 9:30am to make a flight in Manhattan back to Dallas at 10:57am on 05/29... I am very upset about this charge!!! And I will be contacting corporate office

I came in contact with 2 associates at this location. One of them was very nice, but also moved very slowly. His slowness was noteworthy, but not enough to give the location a poor rating. The other associate, Charlie, was the reason for the poor rating. He was extremely rude (muttered under breath the whole time, slammed things around like he was throwing a tantrum, was rude to the other employee and to me, and rolled his eyes at everything I said or did). Because of this associates behavior, it took 45 minutes to hook up a trailer to the back of my truck.

I hate doing bad reviews but I also hate being lied to/on. I went in to rent a 20ft truck on Sunday for a couple hours. I was told there was a $39 charge for the truck plus mileage. The truck was on empty so I would receive a $40 fuel credit, and I had to return the truck with a quarter tank of gas. When we got in the truck, it had not been cleaned from the last user and had leftover cups and wrappers. I returned the truck with a little over a quarter tank of gas in it and left the key in the drop box. I called the next day around 10 a.m. to make sure it was processed correctly, but it had not been processed yet and I was told they will call me when they do. I never received a call but I did receive an email about an hour later charging me the full price of the truck with no fuel credit added. I called the dealership to ask about the charges, he did not acknowledge the fuel credit or why it was not applied when I commented what was on my final receipt vs. the fuel level I returned the vehicle. My fuel was marked at one line below the quarter tank level so my fuel credit would be nullified. It would seem if this was done honestly and the fuel level was that close and almost $50 depended on it then I would have at least received a call telling me what the fuel level was and giving me options to add some, at the very least. The man on the phone said all he could do was put it in to have somebody call me about the charge. Couple hours later and no one has called me so I called customer service to check on the issue and I was once again told they would have someone call me. I was initially told it would cost me around $50-$60 to rent the truck for a couple hours/day and my total cost at this point is $120, that's ridiculous, plus I can't talk to any one person and get answers, all I get is "I can have someone call you back", which never happens.

It was a Saturday morning and there was one person working. He had to process the rental and then go outside with the customer while the FULL waiting area tried to be patient. We were third in line and waited 45 minutes to be waited on. Other left rather than waiting. Why was there only one person working on a Saturday morning. I felt sorry for him.
