The Website was down on the day that I rented the truck (10/12/17). I had to go to the pickup site multiple times to complete my transaction. The guy at the U-Haul pickup site was very helpful, but the transaction was frustrating due to website difficulties. The truck was great, and functioned perfectly.

The associates I dealt with at this location were very friendly, professional, and considerate. They even called me the day before my reservation to say that the previous renter had already returned the truck and that I could pick it up early if so desired. Location was great. Your description/specs for trailer online was not! I pull a Trlr often. Until I went to pickup the trailer, 6x12 cargo, I was unaware the trailer Was not equipped with a tongue jack. This limited my ability to easily disconnect from the trailer and use my truck for other purposes during the rental period. Had to carry floor jack in the event I needed to disconnect from trailer.

We got a 6x12 foot trailer for three days. During that time Hurricane Irma came through and dumped a ton of rain. I also threw out my back moving. The guys wouldn't even let me lift the trailer off the hitch. They understood why I was late and really were accomodating! Great Bunch!

The gentleman that rented the truck to me seemed to be very nice, but that was the dirtiest truck I have ever rented. I used Clorox wipes to clean where drinks had been spilled in the cup holders, and I took 30 minutes to sweep and vacuum the back as well as the ramp--they were both filled with shredded paper and plastic Christmas tree needles. Also, for being a low mileage truck, it had a bunch of damage... Side skirts were both bent, one was actually torn a bit... The passenger side metal handle on the back was cut into as well, so I had to be careful not to cut my hand on it. Wow! On the plus side, the truck drove great, and I got the job done.

Location was very busy and only one employee to handle everything. He was very polite and apologetic to those who were waiting. I requested a dozen blankets, turns out there was only 11....no big deal. What did bother me more so was that the trailer was extremely dirty inside.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the entire e pertinence with my Uhaul rental. I have a business that will require me to rent a truck once a week every week for the next six months. In the future I will not use U-Haul for that option and will use one of your competitors simply because of the way my recent experience was handled! When I rented my truck I did so online. I requested a 10 foot truck, which I believe is the smallest box truck you offer. I wasn't comfortable driving one of these to begin with which is why I wanted the smallest one. I also requested pick up later in the day because I wasn't going to be available to pick up that morning. Thank goodness I called The location to confirm my rental the next morning because they had me scheduled to pick it up before noon because they close early. They also had me upgraded to a 15 foot truck and had me responsible for paying the difference between the two because the smaller one was not available at that location. There was no offer to send me to another location for the correct size truck and unless I questioned the cost difference between the two I would have had to pay for the more expensive vehicle. The biggest issue I have is that when I asked customer service about the $50 satisfaction guarantee promised on your website I was told by three different people that it would be applied to my balance or reimbursed to the payment method that was on file for the order. None of that happened. When I spoke to customer service the first representative, I believe her name was Amber, was the rudest person I have ever talked to. Three other people after her promised that The $50 refund would be given to me within three business days. My reference number is 1458351. After four business days I called and asked why it had not been refunded yet. I was told that the regional manager had emailed me saying that I would not be given a refund. I never received an email or any other correspondence from this person. His name was Wesley. I still have not received a refund of $50 that I was promised and will tell everyone I know not to use your service because of this terrible experience.

The only issue was the appliance dolly which had a bent wheel. It needs to be replaced since the dolly led to problems taking a frig upstairs.

they were pleasant. I actually returned twice, a truck, then a trailer. With the truck I was in a rush to get to the airport and catch a flight home to bring the rest of our stuff up. Even though they were dealing with another customer, they went out of their way to get me checked out immediately. Very nice!!!!!
