We arrived at the rental location at our pick-up time (9am) to find no one there. We were unable to contact anyone as the number is listed as “no longer available”. No one arrived for 40 minutes, though they did eventually reach out to me to inform me they were running late. Please note, your Field Manager, Justin, was very helpful through all this. Thanks to him, my overall opinion of Uhaul is good; however, I would not suggest that pick-up location.

I turned in my rental truck on Saturday around noon with 1/3 tank of gas. I got the truck around 1:30 pm on Friday. When I received my invoice it showed I did not return it until Sunday with 1/4 tank of gas. I will say the lady attendant was very nice and polite. I’m just disappointed about the extra day charge and the gas. I ended up needing only 1 day not two.

Young lady that opened this morning was incredible. I will definitely rent from this location again. Very convenient and she was excellent. Didn't take but a second, will recommend to all my friends.

Returned the trailer at 12:45 and nobody there. Closing is at 4:00 pm. Waited 35 minutes and still no one. Left notes but still caused worry leaving it. Called uhaul and got no helpful advice

My contract was for six days, I kept the vehicle less than 48 hours. A week later I was billed extra for keeping the vehicle an extra day (7 days) and the drop off location has not responded to my calls.

My vehicle was filthy when I picked it up. I'm disappointed in Uhaul customer service that no one contacted me during the rental or afterwards when I notified UHaul of the unsanitary vehicle at the time of pickup.

I read somewhere that they would call 24 hours in advance to confirm, and they did not. I called because I was concerned about the trailer being there since I didn't get a phone call, know one answered.

They were closed on the turn in day, even though UHaul.com thought it was open that day. Had to call UHaul.com and perform truck turn in over the phone.

First we were not given a hard copy of our rental contract which turned into an issue when we went to turn in the truck in Jacksonville, AL. Second we were told to turn in the truck clean, but the cab was full of food crumbs and clearly the trailer was not sweep out.

There was a cigarette burn in the seat that was not disclosed to me or, on the paper when I received the truck. My account was charged twice for the truck an, it took multiple times of me calling an another uhaul employee from a different location to get that extra charge refunded to me. As this was my first time renting a truck, I didn't realize that I was suppose to a paper contract or one should have been emailed to me I did not get that until after I returned the truck at my new location and that guy sent it to me. Overall the guys at Show room were nice, but there were some mishaps that could have been avoided

I did not have a bad experience, however the location is very old and does not instill confidence when approached. I returned the vehicle on a sunday so the office was not open.
