My reservation was set for a 4:00pm pick up, the store didn’t open till 3pm, I was there at 4pm like stayed and was told that I had to wait at least 20 minutes because he was the only one there( this location is out of a gas station) the person who does the uhaul wasn’t even there at their opening time and the guy who works the gas station part is the one who told us that we had to wait. Then upon return of the vehicle the uhaul operator again was not there when they are supposed to open at 3 pm, the gas clerk accepted the key and stated it will be looked over by midnight tonight and they will mail you a receipt. So needless to say my rental was not available by the time I reserved it for and this location is very unprofessional when it comes to doing business.! Will not be back to this location, I feel for the time I had to wait I should have gotten a discount and an apology which neither happened

This was the best location because it had none of your employees. This was the third location I had to go to after my reservation somehow got cancelled from your traffic control division in the middle of the night. So I waited in like for at least 30 minutes to be told they didnt know what happened and call customer service. Then customer service promised me, even sent me a email guarantee that I would get a truck at that next location. Nope.... That 2nd location gave the truck away to the people that hot there before us even though it was my reservation. So after another phone call to customer service and having to speak with a supervisor. We rushed to a 3rd location and were able to rent it via the uhaul app. The app was the best part about the experience. I will literally go to any length at this point to avoid using your company again... I honestly cant believe your still in business. It has to be the shear number of locations because I wasn't the only one having problems. You overbook and under deliver...

Made a reservation. Showed up and they didn't have the truck. They sent me to another location saying they had one. They didn't. Went back to the first location. Then they sent me to another location. Unorganized and unprofessional.

Booked a van for 19.99 and 59 cents a mile, when arrived was told van not available, so I had to rent a 10 foot truck at 29.99 and 99 cents per mile. My total cost doubled!!!

I didn’t get all the furniture pads I paid for and it was just a horribly hectic experience at a time where time was a factor but didn’t get everything I needed.

Need U-Haul own parking spaces with sign. One of the employees should help customers to move dollies and blankets, and check the vehicle before the return. Couldn't find the place easily since there is only a small U-Haul sticker on the window. They need a properly tall and big enough sign of U-Haul.

Don't let this location change contracts. I only signed up for 4 hour truck rental and 1 utility dolly. Total was expected to be 41 dollar. Notices they added a utility dolly and 12 pads to my order as well as the insurance I didn't want to get. Making it a total of 101 dollars. So basically this location scammed about 50 dollars from me, through uhaul. Pathetic.

A 24 rental would be helpful. We needed the truck for less than 24 hrs and unfortunately had to pay for a 2 day rental. It would be nice if a partial refund was available.

It’s not the location it’s U-Haul. I’ve never seen deliberate incompetence! I suppose if you behave as if your a helpful capable employee, you may end up helping someone.

The U Haul app is very confusing and gives no specific direction at all when picking up a van without an employee present. The van wasn’t checked out the night before, so I had to call customer service several times in order for them to re-submit my order. The picking up process was extremely difficult and took over a half hour (needed my van at 10:30, didn’t get it till 11:00). I was also overcharged for a cleaning fee when not applicable.
