I really do not understand why the person driving the truck must also be the one paying for it on their card. What about people that do not have license but need to move. They just need to ask a friend or relative to drive, but should be able to pay for the charges directly. I was able to do that last time with Budget, however this time your facility was closer to me.

I had reserved a truck at u haul by my house on evergreen way in everett. Told them i would b going to lake stevens to marysville once or twice. So then they call me after the fact,& tell me i hav to pick up truck in lynnwood. Seems like a scam cuz u made more miles off me, by making me go further. Wasn't right. Still waiting for the 70 bucks u wer suppose to credit my acct for the over charge. Thats a big over charge, glad i noticed it!

Inside the back corner of the trailer it appeared that a previous renter had spilled a bucket of adhesive (similar to Liquid Nails). I’m assuming that the offending person was charged a “cleaning fee.” However, it didn’t appear that the U-Haul location made any attempt to scrape it out of the trailer.

This trailer was dirty -- a prior customer had obviously hauled DIRT in a closed/box trailer and it was not cleaned. But other than that it was fine. I have rented U-Haul trailers many times. The North Lynnwood location is always better managed than other places in the area.

The original pick up location didn’t have my trailer I reserved and I was sent to Lynnwood this was a delay in my plans

The self check in does not really save any time. Still had to stand in line. I was also told to bring the van back at the same gas level as when I left, that was what I did ( according to the highlighted paper ) but was still charged for less then a quarter tank. Not ok to have one person say and show one thing then another says something else.

The issue I had was your "Over the phone schedulers need to verify the information so we get what we ordered". I had trouble ordering online as it gives you no instructions as to what to do if you want the truck more then one day. I finally called the 800 number and spoke to a very nice lady there. She helped me firm up my truck order with the schedule I wanted of being able to pick it up in Everett Washington and return it a few days later in Ferndale Washington.

Lynnwood Uhaul is well run, prompt attention, clean and ready when you are. The employees are friendly and nice. Shoreline on the other hand is a location to avoid at all cost. Terrible attitudes, customer service etc. I will never rent there again.

I had a reservation for a 15 foot trunk this Saturday with a confirmed email and when I arrived I was instructed that my reservation was "canceled" and my reservation was actually for another location. I showed my email and printed out reservation and was instructed "it did not matter. Your reservation was canceled". I was given a `10 foot trunk that wasn't large enough for my move and it wasn't until my husband instructed the office that we would have to move from our storage unit of 3 years that they found us a larger trunk. It was very frustrating and not the first time I have had problems with this location.

I had selected another location in lynwood near to my home and same has been confirmed in the email order receipt. But at the time of pickup, they changed the pickup location without notifying me. This was the worst experience for me. I am not at all happy.

Very good customer service, but I was a bit frustrated I couldn't get a full redund, I needed a bigger trailer and they didn't have one so I couldn't use it. But since I had taken the truck off the lot I couldn't get a refund for the truck. I didn't even use any fuel or mileage either.

The team there was very professional and accommodating when my plans changed and I needed an extra day. The truck was in really good condition and clean. Pickup and drop off was easy. I really appreciate how easy it is to get into the drop off area.

When I returned the equipment, the person checking us in was a total jerk. Being so pompous and better that you attitude makes it so that I will take my business to another location. I used to manage a u-haul years ago and would have fired an employee treating customers like this fellow did - the one wearing a top hat.

The uhaul representative was extremely rude from the minute I walked in the door. Acted like I was an inconvenience to him. When I told him I didn’t want to purchase the insurance, he really got cold. He pushed the contract at me and pulled the truck up and just walked away. Then when I questioned the gas level, he just dismissed me like I couldn’t read the paper work. If I had an employee like that, treat my customer with such disrespect, I’d let him go!
