The costumer service person who helped me was friendly and had knowledge of the equipments. I think some times they should ask a little moore questions of the amount of items your hauling so you get the best possible size vehicle. And they should smile a little and not have such a serious face, that can make a different how a customer feels. “ I know this because I work for a four star hotel for over 15 years”.

I had preregistered to save time, but it still took almost an hour to check out. Their computer system seemed to be incredibly slow. They ended up asking me to register myself online or thru the app, which required that I redo all the steps I had previously undertaken. Then they spent five minutes trying to find the keys for my van. It was not a professional showing, overall. But the truck was clean and ready to go once I got it.

We originally dropped or rather TRIED to drop off the truck to the closest facility to our destination as we have done the last two times this month, well we were met with the RUDEST person telling us we ARE NOT dropping the truck off here you WILL take it 4 miles out of your way to the other U-haul down the street, tried asking then can you please at least give us a something so we don't get charged extra miles since we assumed we could drop it off here and now have to travel a additional 4-5 miles, The guy said I am not doing ANYTHING with this get it out of here, so we did.......The next guy at the next store was the most amazing customer service, he bent over backwards apologizing for the other place (and asked the description of the person who was rude, apparently said person has a long line of compliments over his attitude) So bottom line is that I will still use U-haul but I will never return to the store by my house and the gentleman at this address should be compensated for the excellent customer service, and the other guy should be looking for a new job.

I usually go to the Kenmore WA store, due to location. However, this particular store was clean, well kept, and turned out to be a pleasantly surprising experience.

I used uhaul few times in the past, but my recent experience from uhaull was extremely bad and I’m so disappointed. When I drop off auto transport in Roseville market the guy in that that place wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t want to take off eauipment of my wheels so I take my car from auto transport. Bad customer service. However, I’m filing complain toward uhaul company and I want re-embrace some of my money back. Yasaman Golshani

I asked for blankets, but did not receive them. When I returned the truck, I told them to remove the charge from the bill and they said they would. When I received the receipt I saw that they did not remove the charge. it was only $5 so not worth making a fuss, but still disappointing. Otherwise it was a very good experience.

Why have the question/dispute section on after hours check in? I left a comment in there and nobody got back to me. Not good customer experience or service if your not going to respond anyways. Just remove that section.
