I used the online trailer return feature. I’m not sure if it actually worked though because I haven’t seen any email confirmation some 6 hours later. Adding some type of “pending” status for returns in the My Orders section would be helpful and or email confirmation. It’s says that an email will be sent, but maybe that’s not until it is verified in the morning? Other than that the online feature is very good.

Much better than last year, the truck last year was in pretty sad shape but this was well maintained and the attendant was very well trained.

We dropped our vehicle off after business hours. We searched for twenty minutes to find a key slot but was unable to do so. At one point the friend I was helping to move accodnetally knocked a panel cover off a high voltage electrical box that was not secured, locked or safe. The box had a sticker on it pointing to a key drop. I was unable to to securely cover this cover box as it was broken and unsafe. We never do find the key box. After witnessing crime at a nearby establishment the last thing I was willing to do was leave the keys outside somewhere in the open so I left them inside the truck and locked the vehicle. Keep in mind this move was made under duress and my friend was scared and we were both very tired. Moving is very stressful And in a situation where someone has been a victim of domestic violence the last thing we needed were complications related to this truck rental. I have rented from U-Haul many many times before successfully You have just lost a long-term customer dude your poor customer service and treatment. This morning I received two calls earlier about the keys being locked inside the truck. I felt as if we were left with no other choice given the circumstances. It was late we were tired under duress and my friend was trying to get ready for her new job Monday morning. U-Haul should really into the Modern age with the use of apps that allow for a better customer service experience. When I was calling about the truck being locked the U-Haul personnel was very rude and completely unaware that people moving at times I doing so under duress

One of the turn signals didn't work and they still sent me out without swapping dollys. It didn't help they didn't plug in the connector correctly the first time (when they said I had no lights). I checked and the fault was not with my tow vehicle. Confirmed both by myself and a week later when I rented a trailer from another location.

The scores above are for the trailer I left with not the trailer I reserved. First of all when someone has reserved a 5 X 8 covered trailer 2 days in advance of the pickup date it would be nice if the reserved trailer was available when arriving for the pickup. When I arrived for my pickup the trailer was not available. I had to take a smaller unit which worked but I would have preferred the larger/taller unit as reserved. You should have known what your inventory was and called me. In this day of the ability to track inventory electronically you should be able to coordinate inventory with reservations and know ahead of schedule if their is a problem.
