Could have been better signage on the building. Lady in office was not wearing a mask during Covid, but made efforts to socially distance. Otherwise it was fine.
Equipment was well maintained. We always have great service there. Only negative was cab dash had hair all over it and coffee spill in cup holder. Minor oversight. Will rent from them always.
We had a pick up appointment but the office was closed; no note stating will return at ___ time, nothing. We called U-Haul (got number from website) and tried to track down where the keys, paperwork, etc. was. The keys were not in a lock box attached to the truck, they were laying inside the bay of the truck. The man from corporate's comment was "that's not good."

Gravel and dirt road / parking places are not particularly great when it is raining.
Make sure the Uhaul is cleaned before it is rented out. The Uhaul I picked up had soda sprayed all over the ceiling and passenger windshield.
The woman that provided our service was extremely helpful and very friendly. She got us all the information we needed and taken care of quickly. We will use this site in the future when needed.
The drop off had too many damn cats. It stuck like cat pee

There was smoke in the counter. I don't smoke and it did bother me but it was clean and well maintained. Receptionist was friendly and it was a pleasurable experience.

After traveling to three locations prior for drop off, which ALL no longer existed; had to call an area manager just to find drop off location. Very unnerving to locate a drop off while driving in hope to make the drop off with the proper amount of fuel that didn't exist in the first place. Will never use U-Haul again.
