at the time of picking up they changed the pick up place 2 times. very bad experience

Great service. Very easy to rent a van
These guys are so great!! Got me moved into my 3td floor appartment in 1 hour, super friendly and professional.
They just gave me the key and said you're all set instead of walking me to the truck and showing me where and how everything was and worked. I don't drive a big u-haul truck every day. Make sure the truck contains all the extra equipment you may have reserved. They gave it to me without them and I had to spend time looking for the accessories at another location. They said they would charge me less because of the inconvenience but did not follow up or keep their word.
I had a great experience renting a vehicle from this location. The reason I didn't rate it as excellent is because it's a small franchise with limited inventory. The owner and son were excellent.
They attendee had no idea what he was doing which lead to me being double charged and no I am going through your claims process. Shouldn't be that complicated.
My experience was awful. I wanted to check in with my mobile phone because I did not want to go into any place because of concerns over covid-19. I ended up having to go into the gas station and the attendant did not have a mask on. There was no mask in sight. He also did not know about my rental of blankets or a furniture dolly. I had to go back into the station to acquire them. When brought the truck back, (I also had to go in again and the attendant had no mask on,) it was 10 miles over what was estimated. That 10 miles added up to it being twice as expensive as the estimate stated. the station attendant could not account for the fact that it was twice as much and said he could not print me a receipt. We did try to extend our rental as we needed more time but someone had already rented the truck for the next day so we could not. That was the only part of our rental that we understood. There was also a used tissue on the passenger seat when I got into the truck. So that was gross. I will never be renting from that station again and likely won't rent from U-Haul either.
the cab has not been cleaned in sometime. not vacuumed not wiped etc. I cleaned it myself w CDC recommended wipes before getting into the cab. Obviously I was prepared for this situation. The guy at the BP station was otherwise helpful & polite.

It's gas station and space is limited for moving vehicles around although there's really no way to expand. The associate I dealt with was very efficient.
The equipment here was great, but the staff were not wearing masks. I should not have to put my vulnerable family members at risk just to pick up a Uhaul. I was very disappointed to see this.
My rental was a one way rental which I picked up at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning and returned it at 3:45 pm that afternoon only using it for 7hours and 15min. The return agent checked the mileage and the fuel and completed the return process and gave me my copy of the final agreement. That Monday I noticed that the rental payment had been deducted from my checking account which was fine' but I also noticed an additional charge of $58.98 for late check in? I disputed the charge with the phone center and their findings were that the return agent checked me in on time but failed to send the complete documents in until the following day? (If I was to do something of this nature on my job I probably wouldn't have a job!) I'm currently waiting on my refund.
Maintenance the trucks. The alignment was awful. I was driving on a very busy highway. This particular truck was all over the road. I literally had to fight with it to stay in my lane. If I hit a bump, it was even worse. That was the most dangerous ride I have ever take. Not to mention I had to ride back. Now truck is lighter because of no load in back. It was just scary. I'm surprised I didn't have an accident in that thing.
I was charged 51.00 for 1/4 of a tank of gas! I picked this truck up with only a half a tank of gas. I returned it with 1/4 of a tank. Charging me $51.55 for only a quarter of a tank of gas is not right!! I would like to be refunded.
I vehicle was poorly parked, forcing me to negotiate a very tight space, when picking up the truck, to avoid hitting a pole and adjacent truck. I spent 20 minutes cleaning the truck before being able to load my own items. There was debris, trash, and metal parts scattered n the truck
Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. I rent a UHAUL utility van to transport items for work events several times a month. I always choose this location, even though it is not the closest location to my home. They are the best!

The person handling the return was on the phone and did not bother to stop his conversation. He asked us to go get the mileage and the fuel level and said: "You are all set."
I did not receive a receipt for my payment. I asked the gentleman at the location as i was told it would be emailed to me. I still have not received a receipt.
The cab was FILTHY DURING A PANDEMIC!! It obviously was not cleaned after the last renter( possibly not before that who knows) because there was long dog hair everywhere and I'm highly allergic to dogs. Dog hair was in the drink holders, stuck in the creases of the seats. I took the truck to my home, delaying my trip, to attempt to clean it. I had an asthma attack while driving from the dog hair. I reserved 4 furniture rollers and he only had two. I was moving heavy equipment, hence my need for 4. He didn't even check for them. I asked if the reservation indicated I needed 4, I was told â€œ I only have what I haveâ€ (When I opened the truck at my destination, I found an appliance dolly, a regular dolly, a furniture roller ( made 3, if he'd looked in the trucks, he probably would have found the 4 I reserved). and 6 bags of furniture pads taking up room in the truck I ordered, using the space I needed for my Business machinery. He didn't keep the rental equipment on my receipt, he charged me separately for those which will cause me extra work come tax time, since all the expense isn't shown on 1 receipt. There are other Uhaul dealers in my area. Had I known that I would not get the necessary equipment I needed to move machinery, I would have gone elsewhere. (I reserved online) I am a repeat Uhaul customer. This is the dirtiest truck I've ever had.
