All was good. A couple of lights were not working and not sure if this happened after I picked up the trailer. Right brake light and license plate light were inoperative and were reported at drop-off.

I dropped off on off hours at the DENMAN ave location, I never interacted with staff there. I was disappointed with main customer service and the inconvenience of driving to another location way out of my way and not being compensated for it. Not sure what the point of a reservation in advance is worth. Also was told I would get help with loading the auto transport and when talking to the pickup location he told me that, no, that’s not normal and that uhual will say anything.

UHaul helped me make reservations to a location thay was Clised on Saturdays. Luckily Almands was open. These are good folks and shame on those at U Haul phone sevices

Mileage was charged even though I was told the 20-30 miles I needed over 100 would be covered by daily rate. Dont say 1 thing and do another.
